Madlena è stata davvero molto professionale, paziente e gentile con il mio Miky...un barboncino di 7 mesi..si vede che ama il suo lavoro! Ambiente pulito e con tutto il necessario.. Sono riuscita anche ad assistere per i primi 15 minuti e questo mi ha fatto molto piacere, perchè ero più in ansia io.. Era la prima volta che lo portavo a tosare e all'inizio non si è dimostrato molto tranquillo, ma le maniere dolci di Madlena , e il suo modo di porsi e di parlargli, lo hanno calmato e si è fatto poi fare tutto con calma. Lavato e tosato, prima con la macchinetta e poi a forbice, ha curato anche i minimi particolari, occhi , naso, zampe e orecchie.. consigliandomi e rispondendo anche alle mie domande.. Hanno trattato il mio cane in maniera poco professionale, tirato per la coda per essere “spazzolato”,inoltre, si riscontra un aumento ingiustificato di prezzo, tant’è che per il mio cane da 8kg ho pagato 20€ (senza scontrino fiscale, oltre al fatto che i prezzi non sono resi pubblici). Quando sono uscito il cane era visibilmente provato.. MAI PIÙ! Bad experience.
