Assistenza inesistente, non rispondono ne a email, ticket, chat di supporto e al telefono. Si prendono i soldi, non spediscono e sei impotente non potendo fare nulla. PESSIMI!! NON FATEVI FREGARE!! Purtroppo non mi sono informato prima!
Spedireweb.it Bad experience, they are scammers !! Book the collection, pay now but then no one passes to collect! Non-existent assistance, they do not respond to emails, tickets, support chats and phone calls. You take the money, do not send and you are powerless and can not do anything. Bad !! Prenoto spedizione TV nuovo da restituire per esercizio diritto recesso e pago €. 19,46. Non ritirano pacco il giorno stabilito, aspetto 2 giorni, non rispondono al telefono (solo chi ha fatto almeno 15 spedizioni con loro). Scrivo e non rispondono. Apro "ticket" apposito e non rispondono. Rinuncio alla spedizione con loro e apro contestazione e poi reclamo su Paypal. Ora aspetto rimborso da Paypal (SANTO Paypal, se non ci foste tu e Amazon a tutelarci sul serio!).
SITE MAYBE A GOOD TIME, NOW VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I accept a new TV shipment to be returned for exercise right of withdrawal and I pay €. 19.46. They do not collect parcels on the set day, I wait 2 days, they do not answer the phone (only those who have made at least 15 shipments with them). I write and do not respond. I open a special "ticket" and do not respond. I renounce the shipment with them and open a dispute and then claim on Paypal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono anni che mi avvalgo di questo servizio e mi sono sempre trovata bene. L'ultima volta, però per un LORO disservizio sul sito mi hanno addebitato 3 volte l'importo della spedizione. Nonostante i miei ticket e i tentativi (numerosi) di mettermi in contatto con loro, non sono riuscita a parlare con nessuno né, ovviamente, ad ottenere il rimborso. Peccato! Delusione massima ed ovviamente non spedirò più con loro
I have been using this service for years and have always enjoyed it. Last time, however, due to THEIR inefficiency on the site, I was charged 3 times the shipping cost. Despite my tickets and the (numerous) attempts to get in touch with them, I could not talk to anyone or, obviously, get a refund. Sin! Maximum disappointment and obviously I will no longer ship with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo già preso una fregatura tempo fa ma ieri sono stato così stupido da ridar loro fiducia. ieri per due volte mi hanno fatto pagare con Paypal 7,5 euro e quando tornavo sul loro sito mi diceva che era momentaneamente fuori uso. Ho fatto molti tentativi di mettermi in contatto con loro ma credo mi costi molto meno rinunciare ai 15 euro e spedire con un'azienda più seria. Sono molto meravigliato che siano ancora in attività.

Chiami il corriere incaricato e a loro non risulta nulla e nel frattempo le scadenze vanno a farsi benedire.
Seriamente, se non siete in grado o non avete voglia fate lavorare altri.
A causa dei disservizi adesso mi ritrovo con un rimborso che a quanto pare non vedró mai.
