A	Amy Amy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono recata alla nuova sede BCC Mediocrati (sede alle spalle della palestra Prince) per fare un estratto conto allo sportello, distratta leggo la stampa e lascio la carta, di conseguenza è stata ritirata dallo sportello. Entro nella sede, c'erano due Signore allo sportello, spiego l'accaduto ad una di loro, che mi rimanda alla collega che si occupa dello sportello, quest'ultima, cafona maleducata, incompetente mi dice:"non posso fare nulla, la tua carta sarà distrutta vai alla tua banca e te ne fai fare un'altra" c'è da dire che io ho il conto alla BCC DUE MARI, sempre BCC , che sono fuori sede, che la Signora mi ha dato queste poche informazioni di spalle ,mentre archiviava delle pratiche. Io non discuto le direttive, ma i modi non consoni all'ambiente. Io sono rimasta male, esco e chiamo la direttrice della mia banca che mi conferma che la carta non viene distrutta ma dopo lungo tempo restituita alla banca di appartenenza, ritorno e chiedo di parlare con il direttore della BCC Mediocrati che mi conferma che la carta non viene distrutta ma restituita. Fatto sta che la cafona, incompetente non conosce neppure le procedure, per concludere mentre andavo vie e le dicevo di informarsi meglio mi rideva in faccia... Questo è quanto... Io penso che abbiano idea di farla chiudere altrimenti non si spiegano questi disservizi. A stall. Never answer the phone, I asked to be transferred to it in Cosenza more than a year ago in writing. Dopo più chiamate e ca. 45 minuti di tempo di attese e richiamate, ho finalmente ricevuto l'informazione che mi serviva. 2 stelle per l'operatore gentilissimo che ha risposto e si é impegnato ad aiutarmi, passandomi la persona giusta al telefono. Persone così ci vogliono nelle imprese. Grazie al'operatore gentile, attento e competente. P.S. Perché non mettete musica durante l'attesa al telefono, sarebbe più piacevole invece di non sentire assolutamente nulla. I called this morning from Switzerland to get the IBAN code of a current account. After several calls and approx. 45 minutes of waiting time and callbacks, I finally received the information I needed. 2 stars for the very kind operator who answered and pledged to help me, handing me the right person on the phone. People like that want us in businesses. Thanks to the kind, attentive and competent operator. P.S. Why don't you play music while you wait on the phone, it would be more pleasant instead of hearing absolutely nothing.
