Per una giacenza media mi sono dovuto rivolgere alla filiale di arcavacata molto più professionale e seria. little professionalism for days I try to contact them but they do not answer the phone even by mistake. For an average stock I had to go to the much more professional and serious arcavacata branch.

Guidate indubbiamente da una direttrice competente , gentile ed affabile , che con energia assiste quotidianamente colleghi e clienti , per soddisfare al meglio quante più esigenze possibili. Ho visto molte volte , purtroppo , da parte di alcuni clienti , atteggiamenti dispotici , maleducati ed irrispettosi del lavoro altrui. E penso che non sia corretto scaricare le proprie frustrazioni o illusioni su persone che stanno facendo solo il loro lavoro seguendo le regole . Ogni lavoro ha le sue procedure ed i suoi tempi . Per ogni mia esigenza lavorativa e personale ,sono sempre stata aiutata e seguita da tutti , e sempre con un sorriso. Per me è una filiale eccellente! I have been a Unicredit customer for several years and I can testify that not only extremely professional and prepared people, but also extremely human, work in this branch. Undoubtedly led by a competent, kind and affable manager, who energetically assists colleagues and customers on a daily basis, to best satisfy as many needs as possible. Unfortunately, I have seen many times by some customers despotic, rude and disrespectful attitudes of the work of others. And I think it is not correct to download one's frustrations or illusions to people who are only doing their job by following the rules. Each job has its own procedures and times. For all my work and personal needs, I have always been helped and followed by everyone, and always with a smile. For me it is an excellent branch!

Le file sono un optional, se arriva qualche amico dei cassieri viene fatto passare avanti senza che abbia ritirato il numerino per fare la fila, e così stai ad attendere ore e il tuo turno non arriva mai 3. La cosa più grave è che alcune dipendenti (solo alcune donne) sono al telefono per telefonate private e non di lavoro o chattano al cellulare durante l'orario lavorativo, poco professionale I also add my bad experience. 1. They never answer the phone 2. There is always some cash that doesn't work 3. The rows are optional, if some friend of the cashiers arrives he is passed on without having withdrawn the number to make the queue, and so you wait for hours and your shift never comes 3. The most serious thing is that some employees (only some women) are on the phone for private and non-business calls or chat on the cell phone during working hours, unprofessional

Questa "bancarella" filiale di Rende che non si può definire diversamente dopo 2 anni di sollecitazione, non si è degnata di inviare alla filiale di Firenze per operare pienamente. We have moved with my wife, transferred for work reasons the account in the Florence Novoli branch for at least two years. This branch "stall" of Rende, which cannot be defined otherwise after 2 years of solicitation, did not deign to send to the Florence branch to operate fully.

Sto provando a telefonare da stamane e nessuno mi risponde. Farò un reclamo,non ho intenzione di ritornare in banca I went to the counter yesterday to request the average stock, the girl tells me that it would arrive within an hour, I have not received anything. Non rispondono al telefono nonostante le decine di tentativi ,hanno chiuso la mia carta senza neanche avvisare e per recuperare il credito devo recarmi in banca! Ovviamente senza appuntamento non fanno entrare ma se la gente lavora dalle 9 alle 18 senza possibilità di avere permessi cosa deve fare? Evitate questa filiale! Shameful is to say the least if they could give 0 stars it would be better! They do not answer the phone despite dozens of attempts, they closed my card without even warning and to recover the credit I have to go to the bank! Obviously, without an appointment they do not let people in but if people work from 9 to 18 without the possibility of having permits, what should they do? Avoid this branch!
