Non limitatevi ai semplici hamburger, ma provate le costine di manzo, le fiorentine, le carni frollate... Uscirete estremamente soddisfatti, lo chef Valecce poi propone ogni tanto dei fuori menù eccellenti. Come la fa NON la sbaglia. Se non ci andate non sapete cosa vi perdete! If you are craving American cuisine, this is the place! Do not limit yourself to simple hamburgers, but try the ribs, the Florentine, the aged meats ... You will leave extremely satisfied, the Valecce chef then occasionally offers excellent off-menus. How he does it is NOT wrong. If you don't go there you don't know what you are missing!

Altri 30 minuti ora di attesa per avere due porzioni di american barbecue. Arrivano polpette al sugo scaldate al microoonde che nessuno ha ordinato. Abbiamo ordinato costine di agnello e costine di maiale. Entrambe lasciate quasi per intero sul piatto. La mia peggiore esperienza culinaria negli ultimi anni. Only 3 tables occupied. 30 minutes to take orders. Then they offer a prosecco that no one has asked for. Another 30 minutes to wait for two servings of American barbecue. Meatballs arrive in sauce heated in the microwave that no one has ordered. We ordered lamb ribs and pork ribs. Both left almost entirely on the plate. My worst dining experience in years.

Veniamo letteralmente guidati Nell ordinazione (come giusti che sia) e ci viene detto vi portiamo prima il pulled pork come antipasto poi le costine e alla fine al Tartare.. Bene arrivato tutto al contrario tante che a metà Tartare ho dovuto lasciarla da parte per egitare che si raffreddasserk le costine che di suo erano tiepide.. Buone ma tendenti al freddo.. Non si può sentire! Cosa peggiore di tutte era che ero interessato alla carne di wagyu e per quello non avevano ordinato altro, la compagna ci aveva detto che sarebbe arrivato il titolare che no. Abbiamo mai visto.. Per me dovete mettere in ordine il servizio, ci sono le basi e la passione ma con sto servizio la gente scappa! Vedo che tanti si sono trovati bene buon per loro.. I am very sorry but I was disappointed. Too much waiting time for ordering and for beers not justified. We are literally guided in ordering (as it should be) and we are told we will bring you pulled pork first as an appetizer then the ribs and finally the Tartare .. Well arrived all the contrary so many that in half Tartare I had to leave it aside to egitate that you cooled the ribs that were lukewarm on their own .. Good but tending to cold .. You can not hear! Worst of all was that I was interested in wagyu meat and for that they hadn't ordered anything else, the partner told us that the owner would come that no. Have we ever seen .. For me you have to put the service in order, there are the basics and the passion but with this service people run away! I see that many have found themselves well and good for them ..

Trovare la giusta parola per come vieni trattato in questo locale è difficile, non capita in tanti posti. Cinque stelle perché di più non è possibile! ps: oltre alla carne al barbecue viene cotto il pesce o i dolci… provate la banana =) Best BBQ restaurant ever. First choice meat and highly recommended by Michele (the owner). Finding the right word for how you are treated in this place is difficult, it doesn't happen in many places. Five stars because more is not possible! ps: in addition to the barbecue meat, fish or desserts are cooked ... try the banana =)

Qualità altissima, prezzi più che onesti per quello che viene offerto, non è il classico locale stile americano dove si mangia un hamburger un po' anonimo, qua si mangia la carne davvero ottima, con materiali davvero di livello! Con il mio amico abbiamo diviso 3 panini, un pulled beef, un pulled pork e una morte nera (panino con la porchetta ?), uno più buono dell'altro!!!! Lo chef è il top!!! Di compagnia e simpaticissimo! Siamo andati in pausa pranzo e ci torneremo sicuro! Small place but full of surprises !!! Very high quality, more than fair prices for what is offered, it is not the classic American-style place where you eat a somewhat anonymous hamburger, here you eat really good meat, with really high quality materials! With my friend we shared 3 sandwiches, a pulled beef, a pulled pork and a black death (sandwich with porchetta ?), one better than the other !!!! The chef is the top !!! Company and very nice! We went for lunch and we will be back for sure!
