★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho girato tanto è conosciuto diverse ditte che propongono attrezzature per ristorazione, ma mi sono fermata con Ristofast.
Dalla prima volta ho trovato subito quello di cui avevo bisogno: serietà, professionalità e rapporto qualità prezzo davvero incredibili.
Nella filiale di Lissone ho conosciuto Gaetano: persona schietta, affidabile e molto competente nel settore, nonché si presenta più come amico che come semplice venditore.
Tutto in unica parola? Eccellente!!!
 I shot so much, several companies that offer catering equipment are known, but I stopped with Ristofast.
From the first time I immediately found what I needed: seriousness, professionalism and truly incredible value for money.
In the Lissone branch I met Gaetano: a straightforward, reliable and very competent person in the sector, as well as being more of a friend than a simple seller.
All in one word? Excellent!!!

Poor service, I bought a glass case fridge and after 3 months it doesn't work anymore and to fix it I have to do it at my expense. Poor service. I do not recommend buying on this site

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE PRODOTTI*** la garanzia è contestabile.
Abbiamo comprato un frigo doppia anta , riscontrato guasto dopo un paio di mesi , dicono che la riparazione è a carico nostro , o meglio dobbiamo trovare un riparatore che trova il guasto, smonta la parte "guasta" la invia per sostituzione alla Ristofast , attende la parte nuova (se non ci sono contestazioni da parte loro ) la monta . Tutto questo sotto la nostra responsabilità ?
Questa è pura follia dal nostro punto di vista.
Ora nonostante la crisi della ristorazione stiamo provvedendo tramite l'associazione consumatori (alla quale non hanno ancora risposto da Dicembre) continueremo a chiedere quanto dovuto, a costo di andare in televisione .

We bought a double door fridge, found a fault after a couple of months, they say that the repair is our responsibility, or rather we have to find a repairer who finds the fault, disassembles the "faulty" part, sends it for replacement to Ristofast, awaits the new part (if there are no complaints on their part) mounts it. All this under our responsibility?
This is pure madness from our point of view.
Now despite the restaurant crisis we are taking action through the consumer association (to which they have not yet responded since December) we will continue to ask for what is due, at the cost of going on television.
