β β β β β Ho comprato a fine luglio un frigorifero, pagato in contanti, pattuita la consegna e fin qui tutto bene, autista che non riusciva a trovare l'entrata del negozio telefonate su telefonate finchΓ© non mi sono piazzata in mezzo alla strada e l'ho bloccato! Scaricato il frigo e grazie al cielo c'era una squadra di operai che mi ristrutturata il negozio e menomale lo hanno aiutato... Accendiamo il frigo metto i lieviti, la biga, la verdura la frutta e dopo un po' mi rendo conto che Γ¨ a - 17 gradi... Leggo la fattura e c'Γ¨ scritto frigo leggo invece la descrizione all'interno e scopro che Γ¨ un freezer!!! Dopo decine di chiamate dove mi rimbalzavano prendendomi in giro mi dicono di stare vicino al frigo perchΓ© un tecnico telefonicamente mi avrebbe aiutato ad impostare il termostato... Eh niente passo 5 giorni a farmi prendere in giro!!! Dopo di che arriva un tecnico e mi cambia il termostato rendendolo frigo... Ma aimΓ© ogni mese lo devo spegnere e sghiacciare allagandoial laboratorio, inoltre fa un rumore pazzesco che sicuramente causerΓ dei danni a chi sta molto in laboratorio, vero ho speso 800β¬ perchΓ© usato ma mi sembra una truffa o una presa in giro... A distanza di 5 mesi siamo proprio stanchi tra allagamenti, merce che ghiaccia, e rumori oltre il limite ed ho giΓ chiamato il tecnico per ripararlo una volta ma la Virtus gioca bene al rimbalzo... Chi deve rispondere quel giorno Γ¨ sempre assente. Ora contatterΓ² Altroconsumo per capire come muovermi.

β β β β β Comprato congelatore a fine 2020, fatti 2 interventi in assistenza in aprile e giugno 2021 perchΓ¨ non andava, ora la temperatura non scende sotto ai -11, per loro funziona, gli ho chiesto se lo ricomprano visto che funziona e mi hanno detto di no, accampano scuse sull'ambiente che Γ¨ troppo caldo, ma siamo sui 25-28 gradi; il congelatore Γ¨ un MASTRO BFA0021, evitatelo insieme a questo fornitore
