In fondo alla sala, lontano da fonti d’aria e di fianco a un tavolo di bambini chiassosi. Arriva la cameriera a prendere l’ordinazione. Ma c’è qualcosa che non va. Sembra che il nostro tavolo abbia magicamente catalizzato tutte le antipatie della ragazza. È strano, col tavolo di fianco al nostro è sorridente e disponibile. Ma non importa. Dopo una ventina di minuti – i nostri boccali di birra giungono al termine – ci viene detto che l’hamburger tarderà. E fin qui tutto (quasi) nella norma. L’hamburger – buonissimo, per l’amor del cielo – ci viene servito a circa un’ora e un quarto dal nostro ingresso. Il mio amico, scherzosamente, chiede uno sconticino alla cameriera, per farsi perdonare l’attesa. La risposta è un secco no, pochi giri di parole. Ecco, il ristoratore non è obbligato per legge a fare sconti – sulla seconda birra, per esempio – in caso di tempi lunghi, ma sarebbe professionale se anche solo ci provasse. Il servizio, del resto, è stato brutale. It is a Saturday evening in late spring. We are given our place. At the back of the room, away from sources of air and next to a table of noisy children. The waitress arrives to take the order. But there is something wrong. It seems our table has magically catalysed all the girl's dislikes. It's strange, with the table next to ours he is smiling and helpful. But it does not matter. After about twenty minutes - our beer mugs come to an end - we are told that the hamburger will be late. And so far everything (almost) in the norm. The hamburger - very good, for God's sake - is served to us about an hour and a quarter after our entrance. My friend jokingly asks the waitress for a discount, to make up for the wait. The answer is a firm no, a few turns of the word. Here, the restaurateur is not obliged by law to make discounts - on the second beer, for example - in case of long times, but it would be professional if even he tried. After all, the service was brutal.
P	Paola Usuelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamburger eccezionali, imparagonabili a quelli delle grosse catene, qualità degli ingredienti ottima(l'abbiamo digerito senza nessun problema) , birra buonissima, proprietario molto simpatico e cordiale (si vede che ama il suo lavoro e lo fa con passione). Torneremo sicuramente per provare anche gli altri hamburger. Exceptional burgers, incomparable to those of the big chains, excellent quality of the ingredients (we digested it without any problem), very good beer, very nice and friendly owner (you can see that he loves his job and does it with passion). We will definitely be back to try the other burgers as well.

The owners and waiters are courteous and welcoming. Even when downtown feels like a desert, there will be folks sitting inside, on the upper floor.
