I can 100% recommend this place! It is close to city center and host is really very, very helpful. We got great advises - where to go, what to see and all were spot on. Breakfast is prefect (better than I expected), rooms are very clean, well equipped and we had nice rest after busy day in Verona. So this place deserves 5 stars totally!

Very nice and clean place! Very reasonable price. Located a 10-minute walk away from the downtown in a quite area. The host is super friendly and helpful. Told us about the history of Verona, gave a map, showed the best local places to visit. The breakfast was simple but good (croissants, yogurts, coffee, juice, jam).

Overall the best B&B experience I’ve ever had! Originally, my teenage son & I planned to stay for the weekend and then move to one of the towns around Lake Garda for the rest of the 8 day holiday. We weren’t sure which town to stay in, so we decided to check out Verona first whilst making day-trips to different towns around the Lake. B&B Foroni turned out to be an excellent choice & we ended up staying there the whole holiday! B& B Foroni is on the lower floor of a big 3 storey traditional Italian house, surrounded by a balcony & with a garden. It’s located in a nice, quiet residential neighbourhood with other lovely houses left & right. The location is great, 10 Mins walk to the Train/Bus station from where we took daily buses to the towns around lake. There are two Take-Aways near the train station/B &B, opened late & reasonably priced (Pakistani but with international food & a Chinese one). The B&B is also near the River Adige. If you walk along it towards town, it has the most beautiful views you’ve ever seen. It’s a 15 minute walk to the City Center (Piazza Bra). If you walk along Corso Porto Nuova Street, there are numerous restaurants, cafes etc. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, modern/minimally designed but with everything one needs & the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. Every room has a balcony. Our “family room“was actually like a mini-apartment with 2 separate rooms and a big bathroom. Even the bathroom had a balcony. My son had one room & I had the other, so we had our privacy and space (both for the price of one room). The breakfast was lovely in a bright, sunny kitchen. A choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, eggs, toast, fresh croissants, fruit, yogurts etc… I had my breakfast every morning whilst chatting with the owner, Silvio, who was the highlight of this great experience! Such a kind, warm, friendly, funny, very intelligent, very knowledgeable & helpful human being! (He speaks fluent English & gave us tips on what to do & where to go & even marked everything on a map & asked us to call him if we had any problems). He told me that he enjoys running the B&B, meeting new people & doesn’t see it as a job, & you can really feel that positive energy. I highly recommend B&B Foroni if you’re looking for a comfortable, uncomplicated, homely, clean, quiet, safe, conveniently located & reasonably priced B&B, with a mix of modern rooms in a traditional Italian house & most of all, a great owner. Trust me, you won’t regret it! We loved it!
