Bella accoglienza della padrona di casa che vive all'interno dell'appartamento invisibile la sua presenza, ma disponibile a ogni possibile richiesta. La colazione non è paragonabile a quella di un hotel ma comunque offre un po' di tutto dal dolce al salato. La camera era pulita e spaziosa . Nelle vie adiacenti numerosi locali per un aperitivo o una cena tranquilla. Dato che Verona la frequento spesso tornerò sicuramente. B&B located 5min from the Arena. Parking available nearby. Beautiful welcome from the lady of the house who lives inside her invisible apartment, but available to every possible request. Breakfast is not comparable to that of a hotel but still offers a bit of everything from sweet to savory. The room was clean and spacious. In the adjacent streets there are numerous places for an aperitif or a quiet dinner. Since Verona I often go back for sure.

w	walter silvestri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ davvero eccezionale,stanze pulite e fornite di tv e frigo funzionanti ,colazione tramite macchinetta bar di buonissimo livello situato in zona centrale a soli 5 minuti dall'ARENA, vorrei mettere in risalto la disponibilita' e gentilezza della proprietaria e della sig. delle pulizie consiglio a tutti , se sara' possibile ci tornero'. really exceptional, clean rooms and equipped with working TV and fridge, breakfast through a very good level bar machine located in the central area just 5 minutes from the ARENA, I would like to highlight the availability and kindness of the owner and Mrs. housekeeping I recommend to everyone, if possible I'll be back.

Consigliato se si deve dormire un paio di notti in zona... Excellent B&B in the center of Verona. We are two seconds away from everything ...... Really recommended. Nice everything, very clean. Very nice staff. Recommended if you have to sleep a couple of nights in the area ...

Camera davvero ampia e spaziosa, pulitissima, con aria condizionata, finestra a scorrimento e serranda elettrica, ampio e comodo letto con comodini, scrivania, armadio, specchio, televisore, cassetta di sicurezza e frigo. Bagno con sanitari sospesi, ampia doccia, comodo lavandino e radiatore verticale, tutto con biancheria con cotone di qualità. Sala colazione ottimamente attrezzata con 3 tavoli (tante le camere) ed ampia scelta disponibile. Proprietaria cordiale e presente in struttura. Excellent location a few hundred meters from Piazza Bra, or Arena. Very large and spacious room, very clean, with air conditioning, sliding window and electric shutter, large and comfortable bed with bedside tables, desk, wardrobe, mirror, TV, safe and fridge. Bathroom with suspended sanitary ware, large shower, comfortable sink and vertical radiator, all with quality cotton linen. Breakfast room well equipped with 3 tables (many rooms) and a wide choice available. Friendly owner and present in the structure.

Excellent location, very clean room and bathroom with all accessories available. Staff very kind and very helpful for any need.
S	Sergio Saved on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il bb, è al secondo piano di un palazzo molto tranquillo e, vero punto di forza, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da Piazza Bra e, quindi, dal centro città. Il letto era comodo, la camera che ci è stata assegnata era ampia ma non molto luminosa, mentre il bagno più moderno e di grande pulizia, come tutto l’appartamento. All’interno della camera avrete a disposizione una cassaforte e il set di cortesia in bagno, oltre al phon. La struttura dispone anche di un distributore automatico di bevande, ma non è prevista la classica colazione che, forse, rappresenta uno dei momenti di maggior scambio in un classico b&b, sicchè l’ “atmosfera” è più da affittacamere. Molto correttamente ciò è indicato anche in un avviso affisso nella sala comune, ma forse un accordo/convenzione con un bar vicino (o un suggerimento agli ospiti al check in) potrebbe risultare cosa gradita. In questo b&b si ha maggiore autonomia e, al bisogno, si può fare riferimento alla gentile signora-proprietaria che abita nell’appartamento attiguo. Complessivamente, anche per le tariffa contenuta, ritengo sia un’ottima soluzione per soggiornare qualche notte a Verona The bb is on the second floor of a very quiet building and, a real strength, a few minutes walk from Piazza Bra and, therefore, from the city center. The bed was comfortable, the room we were assigned was large but not very bright, while the bathroom was more modern and clean, like the whole apartment. Inside the room you will have a safe and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, as well as a hairdryer. The property also has a vending machine for drinks, but there is no classic breakfast which, perhaps, represents one of the moments of greatest exchange in a classic b & b, so that the "atmosphere" is more like a guest house. Very correctly this is also indicated in a notice posted in the common room, but perhaps an agreement / convention with a nearby bar (or a suggestion to guests at check-in) could be a welcome thing. In this b & b you have greater autonomy and, when needed, you can refer to the kind lady-owner who lives in the adjacent apartment. Overall, even for the low rate, I think it is an excellent solution to stay a few nights in Verona
