 Spacious, comfortable and very clean studio. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the center. Federica, the manager, is very kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schön Gelege zwei Ecken von der Altstadt entfernt. Geräumige Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Leider das Bad sehr alt und die Terrasse im Innenhof eingebaut wie ein Käfig. Preis Leistung top und Lage hervorragend. Man bekommt auch einen Parkausweis beim Check In. Auch mit Kinder zu empfehlen!
Very nice nest two corners from the old town. Spacious rooms. Very friendly owner. Unfortunately the bathroom was very old and the patio in the courtyard was built in like a cage. Great value for money and excellent location. You also get a parking permit at check-in. Also recommended with children!

Consiglierei altri cuscini.
Ho soggiornato in giorni davvero caldi e ho dovuto dormire con l'aria condizionata accesa con finestre chiuse per via del baccano del bar adiacente. Sicuramente in altri periodi si dorme meglio :)
Really nice accommodation with everything you need, in a really convenient area to reach the historic center, highly recommended! Owner very kind and extremely available, definitely recommended!
I would recommend other pillows.
I stayed on really hot days and had to sleep with the AC on with windows closed due to the din of the adjacent bar. Certainly at other times you sleep better :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice & clean place to stay. Only 5 mins walk to the old town, bus stop near by: 10 mins to the main train station and 20 to the airport.
There is everything you need here: fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, iron etc, grocery shop down stairs, coffee & pizza places.
Extremely nice Lady, she speaks perfect English ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'Ospite is a truly outstanding residency located in Via Venti Settembre just a few minutes walk from Piazza Erbe. It has a great location! The rooms are quite and super clean. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms have have kitchenettes with excellent appliances. The owner is constantly upgrading the property. The owner. Federica DeRossi, is knowledgable and helpful.. The neighborhood is fantastic with a fruit/vegetable seller, butcher shop, and a caffe all less than 100 feet from the front door. L'Ospite is also close to the university. It is the TOP choice in Verona. We have been coming back for 8 yeas and it just gets better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host was friendly, welcoming and willing to provide information and help. The main apartment, was really nice, it was clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and well taken care of. However, although the bathroom was not small, the shower was tiny. I am 1.60cm height and it was impossible for me to wash my hair without my arms/elbows to crash on the shower glass with every move, imagine the discomfort for anyone taller than me. This shower needs to be redone, it's extremely uncomfortable and it's a pity because the rest of the apartment is really nice.
One more note, although there is good soundproof for the noise coming from the outside, you can very well hear any noises coming from within the building and other apartments.
