Non si può nemmeno dire servizio pessimo perché totalmente assente.
I have called an infinite number of times. They put you on hold and then close.
They never answered me.
We cannot even say bad service because it is totally absent.

Mentre in generale, relativamente alla qualità dei servizi erogati dalla struttura CISL, mi trovo d’accordo con la valutazione media delle recensioni qui pubblicate.
The FIVE STARS are for Mrs. IRENE ORBELLI as she is very kind, prepared, helpful and patient (skills that are now on the way to extinction).
While in general, in relation to the quality of the services provided by the CISL structure, I agree with the average rating of the reviews published here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono che bisogna telefonare ma a chi??? Provato con due telefoni con numeri diversi, dalle 16.00 alle17.20 , sono abbastanza testardo con certa gente, non rispondono. A chi ci si può rivolgere per questo continuo menefreghismo???? La verità a nessuno . Complimenti per il menefreghismo con la gente che non può venire lì da voi.
They say you have to call but to whom ??? Tried with two phones with different numbers, from 16.00 to 17.20, I'm quite stubborn with some people, they don't answer. Who can you turn to for this constant indifference ???? The truth to anyone. Congratulations on the indifference to people who can't come to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale tutto ok. Ma l'organizzazione... Bee nel 2022 non si può aspettare ore fuori sotto una Tettoia al freddo magari con un temporale ci sono persone anziane e disabili ecc. Con o senza covid non ci sono scusanti per questo.
The staff all ok. But the organization ... Bee in 2022 you cannot wait hours outside under a canopy in the cold, perhaps with a storm there are elderly and disabled people etc. With or without covid there is no excuse for this.
