l	laelety Di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I vini erano buoni, ma la degustazione non mi è sembrata all’altezza, a partire dal fatto che paghi incluso nel prezzo una visita ad una cantina che non si può visitare, i vini sono stati versati tutti nello stesso bicchiere senza cambiarlo... Abbiamo inoltre acquistato diverse bottiglie ma non ci è stato fatto alcuno sconto come scritto nel volantino. Tutti dettagli che insomma andrebbero curati. The wines were good, but the tasting did not seem up to par, starting with the fact that you pay included in the price a visit to a winery that cannot be visited, the wines were all poured into the same glass without changing it ... We also bought several bottles but we were not given any discount as written in the flyer. In short, all details that should be taken care of.

Esperienza piacevole, torneremo sicuramente. Some friends and I went for a tasting in this winery and we were welcomed by Alessandro, a young and very knowledgeable boy in the field of wines, who after a general introduction of the company and the raw materials they exploit, made to taste a series of bottles and some cocktails prepared with their vermouth. Pleasant experience, will definitely be back.

Nonostante lo scarso preavviso siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità dal sommelier. Molto preparato e professionale, ci ha portato nelle cantine per una visita completa spiegandoci tutti i dettagli. La visita si è poi conclusa con la degustazione dei prodotti della cantina. Ottimi Alta Langa e rossi invidiabili. Sono stati poi una piacevole scoperta i cocktail preparati dal sommelier con l'Americano e il Vermouth. Esperienza da provare assolutamente. My partner and I went today for a visit and tasting, scheduled a few hours earlier. Despite the short notice we were greeted with kindness and availability by the sommelier. Very knowledgeable and professional, he took us to the cellars for a complete visit explaining all the details. The visit then concluded with the tasting of the products of the cellar. Excellent Alta Langa and enviable reds. The cocktails prepared by the sommelier with Americano and Vermouth were also a pleasant discovery. Experience to try absolutely.

But I have visited and toured, and met with Roberto and his daughter, and they are without a doubt, super wonderful and caring people. If you've not had the opportunity to visit this quaint region, do so, and by all means, arrange to have a tour and tasting at the BAVA winery!! You will truly be pleased!!
K	Kristine Kovala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAVA winery and wine tasting was recommended by our hotel in Asti, unfortunately the experience was not, what we expected. We arrived at the winery and instead of a wine tour in the cellars and a professional wine tasting experience, we were sitting outside on a terrace, when it was 32 degrees, and drinking wine, with very little explanation or information about the wine, family history or any other useful information. As we planned to have a stop in Asti only because of wine tasting, this was very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
