m	marcello duranti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitiamo l'azienda a seguito di un pranzo presso la Cantina del Ponte a Cocconato, dove proviamo alcuni vini della Cantina Maciot, i cui proprietari hanno sia il locale che l'azienda. Decidiamo di far visita alla cantina ma è domenica ed è chiuso: un cartello suggerisce di chiamare un numero e dopo pochi minuti appare il proprietario, che ci fa visitare la cantina e ci spiega la loro storia. Sono parole pronunciate con amore verso il proprio lavoro e per il territorio, meno appariscente delle vicine langhe ma non meno ricco e bucolico. I vigneti si trovano al culmine di una collina che permette un'esposizione continua, e infatti i vini sono di alto livello, vivi e che mutano nel bicchiere e appagano i sensi. Un'azienda che dovrebbe diventare un modello d'impresa e di passione. We visit the company following a lunch at the Cantina del Ponte in Cocconato, where we try some wines of the Maciot Winery, whose owners have both the premises and the company. We decide to visit the cellar but it's Sunday and it's closed: a sign suggests calling a number and after a few minutes the owner appears, who takes us to visit the cellar and explains their history. These are words spoken with love for one's work and for the territory, less striking than the nearby Langhe but no less rich and bucolic. The vineyards are located at the top of a hill that allows continuous exposure, and in fact the wines are of a high standard, alive and that change in the glass and satisfy the senses. A company that should become a business model and a passion.

Oltre a spiegare molto dettagliatamente la produzione e le caratteristiche del vino, non lesina assaggi, gentilissimo. Per un amante di Barbera come me, rapporto qualità/ prezzo voto 10 ... senza contare che qui si beve solo succo d’uva senza aggiunte strane .... I had long been in debt for this review. For those who love wine (organic or not) these are magical places where you can breathe the real passion of the producer. In addition to explaining the production and characteristics of the wine in great detail, it does not skimp on tastes, very kind. For a Barbera lover like me, quality / price rating 10 ... not to mention that here you only drink grape juice without strange additions ....

Abbiamo effettuato visita alla cantina, molto piccola, ma dove la passione si respira. Paolo ci ha illustrato i vigneti e le lavorazioni, illustrandoci la differenza tra un vero prodotto biologico e biodinamico da quello tipicamente industriale. Inutile dire che rimarrete ammaliati. Il gran finale consiste nella degustazione dei vini da loro prodotti (2 bianchi e 5/6rossi). Esperienza Consigliatissima, vini ottimi e atmosfera di un tempo. One of the few biodonamic companies in Italy, perhaps among the first and certainly a precursor of the genre. We visited the winery, very small, but where passion is breathed. Paolo showed us the vineyards and the processes, illustrating the difference between a true organic and biodynamic product from a typically industrial one. Needless to say, you will be charmed. The grand finale consists in tasting the wines they produce (2 whites and 5/6 reds). Experience highly recommended, excellent wines and atmosphere of the past.

Per l'agricoltura biondinamica, la terra è in assoluto "vita" e bisogna mantenere e rispettare la sua totale integrità, lavorandola solo ed esclusivamente con altrettanti naturali componenti. Il vino prodotto dai vigneti dell'Azienda Agricola Biondinamica Maciot, è quindi un vino che nasce seguendo rigorosamente questa legge antichissima. Grazie a Paolo, che ci ha fatto visitare la sua azienda e ci ha allietato con i suoi racconti, abbiamo imparato tutto questo e molto altro. Alla fine della visita, abbiamo fatto una buonissima e caratteristica degustazione con i loro vini e la loro buonissima robiola. Consiglio vivamente di venire a fars un giro in questo posto bellissimo dove si respira aria di sano e genuino. According to the law of biodynamics, cultivation must follow very specific rules: the phases of the moon must be respected and no chemical agent must interfere in any way. For biondynamic agriculture, the earth is absolutely "life" and its total integrity must be maintained and respected, working it only and exclusively with as many natural components. The wine produced from the vineyards of the Biondinamica Maciot farm is therefore a wine that is born strictly following this ancient law. Thanks to Paolo, who showed us his company and cheered us up with his stories, we learned all this and much more. At the end of the visit, we had a very good and characteristic tasting with their wines and their very good robiola. I highly recommend coming for a ride in this beautiful place where you can breathe an air of healthy and genuine.
