Il menu di pesce mi ha stupita positivamente, di solito il pesce di lago non mi entusiasma. Consiglio il giro in cantina con Federico, che segue la produzione di vino del nonno con alcune innovazioni. Molto interessante l'Albugnano doc.
 Elegant environment and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes look like small works of art ... delicate flavors that don't overlap. The fish menu surprised me positively, usually lake fish do not excite me. I recommend the winery tour with Federico, who follows his grandfather's wine production with some innovations. The Albugnano doc is very interesting.

Il personale di sala è molto gentile e disponibile: la chef è passata anche alla fine del pranzo per sincerarsi che tutto fosse stato di gradimento. Il prezzo è più che proporzionato alla qualità e alla bontà dei piatti serviti.
A place surrounded by nature with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are refined, refined and full of strong flavors. The dining room staff is very kind and helpful: the chef even came by at the end of the lunch to make sure that everything was to your liking. The price is more than proportionate to the quality and goodness of the dishes served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is on the way to get a Michelin star in my opinion. They have three different menus, meat, fish and Alessia Rolla's menu (the chef). We got the meat one and it was full of flavour and tradition. The wines were also amazing and the staff super polite. If you happen to be in the area of Langhe you should definitely consider this restaurant since it will be on the rise in a year from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed by a magnificent setting and a delightful cozy ambiance near the chemny.
The food experience was really exquisite with an interesting presentation of each plate that really thrilled us. You feel that the products were fresh. The dishes had the warmth of homemade food, and the refined wine of their production was so delicious. In fact, the admirable young woman chef took great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. She was so charming and came to chat with the customers at the end and ask about their opinion. Not to forget about the courteous owner and waiters who were always around willing to exchange some kind words with all clients.
We had a pleasant experience with the food of the most exquisite flavors. This is why we highly recommend this place.
