★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 14 agosto sono stata trattata malissimo dalla vostra dipendente erano le 9 32...sono entrata mi sono fermata appena due passi dalla saracinesca siccome quella di entrata era chiusa ancora ho semplicemente e gentilmente chiesto se potevo entrare ...oppure avrei aspettato ancora ...da dietro una tenta e uscita la vostra dipendente urlando gesti colmando con le braccia mi ha trattato malissimo ...c'è gente che pagherebbe oro per lavorare al tuo posto e tu tratti un cliente che ti chiede gentilmente se si può entrare ...non mi sono mai permessa di trattare così un cliente in negozio neanche se si meritava qualcosa a volte capita ...non ho parole non meriti il lavoro che hai ...io comprerò più da quel negozio e anche tante altre persone che racconterò di quando maleducata sei stata ....
Today August 14th I was treated badly by your employee it was 9 32 ... I entered I stopped just two steps from the gate since the entrance was closed yet I simply and politely asked if I could enter ... or I would have waited again. ..from behind a try and exit your employee screaming gestures filling her arms treated me very badly ... there are people who would pay gold to work in your place and you treat a customer who kindly asks you if you can enter. .. I've never allowed myself to treat a client in the shop like this even if he deserved something sometimes it happens ... I have no words you don't deserve the job you have ... I'll buy more from that store and also many other people I will tell of when you were rude ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è ampio e la scelta per uomo, donna e bambino è variegata e per ogni tasca. Ampia scelta di borse molto belle, potafogli e cinture. Personale competente e gentile. Il voto un pò basso é dovuto al fatto che per donna non hanno numeri superiori al 41 .

Sono venuta qua per provare il numero più piccolo ma purtroppo il negozio non teneva quel modello. Mi hanno proposto di scegliere un'altro modello ma senza essere invadente. Entrambe le venditrice sono state cortese, gentile e mi hanno dato suggerimenti utili per l'eventuale rimborso o scambio in un altro negozio. *un sorriso genuino dietro le mascherina fa sempre bene in questo mondo covidiano. Extremely professional and also kind staff *. I got some shoes online but they are too big. I came here to try out the smaller number but unfortunately the shop didn't have that model. They offered me to choose another model but without being intrusive. Both sellers were courteous, polite and gave me helpful tips for refunding or exchanging them at another store. * a genuine smile behind the mask is always good in this Covidian world. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire.. una scarpa davvero pessima. Il venditore aveva garantito che era indistruttibile, ma dopo qualche mese in uso ecco il risultato. Premetto che le avevo portate lo scorso anno per riparare in quanto si erano scucite. Non consiglio a nessuno queste scarpe, se il produttore o il venditore sono persone serie mi dovrebbero sostituire l'articolo.
What can I say ... a really bad shoe. The seller had guaranteed that it was indestructible, but after a few months of use here is the result. I state that I had brought them last year to repair as they were unstitched. I do not recommend anyone these shoes, if the manufacturer or seller are serious people they should replace the item.
