★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che positiva in questa armeria ho conosciuto uno dei ragazzi addetti alla vendita che mi ha consigliato un buon porta spray e un porta cellulare da cinturone. Persona gentilissima e si mette subito a disposizione. Sono rimasto soddisfatto dall'accoglienza ricevuta. I prezzi rispetto alle altre armerie sono un po' alti ma ciò e dovuto anche alla qualità molto alta. Pagamento veloce con carta. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
 More than positive experience in this armory I met one of the sales guys who recommended me a good spray holder and a belt phone holder. Very kind person and immediately makes himself available. I was satisfied with the welcome received. The prices compared to other armories are a bit high but this is also due to the very high quality. Fast card payment. I will definitely be back

Quando ho iniziato, nel 2014, sono stata da loro, pur essendo io di Bologna, e mi hanno consigliato al meglio, per qualche ora una persona si è dedicata esclusivamente a me. Da allora acquisto sempre online, e sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta al 100%, se c'è qualcosa che non va nel mio ordine o nella loro disponibilità Carlo mi chiama immediatamente. Mi dispiace non avere avuto occasione di acquistare al loro Stand ai campionati italiani quest'anno e nel 2021, speriamo di tornare presto alla normalità. Sempre al top, continuate così.
For me the best archery shop. When I started, in 2014, I went to them, even though I was from Bologna, and they advised me in the best possible way, for a few hours a person dedicated himself exclusively to me. Since then I have always bought online, and I have always been 100% satisfied, if there is something wrong with my order or their availability, Carlo calls me immediately. I regret not having had the opportunity to buy at their stand at the Italian championships this year and in 2021, we hope to return to normal soon. Always on top, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio nel quale ho comprato quasi tutto l'occorrente per il mio arco olimpico. Unica pecca il parcheggio che a volte non si trova facilmente. Fiore all'occhiello è invece sicuramente la competenza e la disponibilità del personale di vendita. Nota di merito in particolare a Diego che, sebbene molto indaffarato, è sempre molto paziente e disponibile a dare buoni consigli e suggerimenti anche ben oltre l'atteso e il richiesto. 5 stelle meritate per lui e tutto il negozio!
Nice shop where I bought almost everything I need for my Olympic bow. The only flaw is the parking which is sometimes not easy to find. The flagship is certainly the competence and availability of the sales staff. Note of merit in particular to Diego who, although very busy, is always very patient and willing to give good advice and suggestions even beyond the expected and requested. 5 stars you deserve for him and the whole shop!

Ho contattato loro via mail ma non ho tenuto alcuna risposta Ho provato a telefonare due volte di cui solamente una ci sono inventati la scusa che ci sono i dipendenti malati e non riescono a spedire..... A me dispiace ma per quanto mi riguarda era il mio primo acquisto e sarà anche l'ultimo.
I'm sorry my experience is very bad I bought an item in their shop and after 7 days of payment they still haven't shipped the item.
I contacted them via e-mail but I did not keep any response I tried to call twice of which only one there are invented the excuse that there are sick employees and they are unable to send ..... I'm sorry but as far as I'm concerned it was my first purchase and it will also be my last.

Mi sono affidato a loro per l'acquisto di un articolo in particolare che loro hanno a catalogo.
Ho trovato sia telefonicamente che di persona in negozio del personale molto gentile e disponibile; che ha saluto sodisfare tutte le mie esigenze.
Sono tornato a casa molto soddisfatto! Ne è valsa proprio la pena di affrontare una trasferta di 600km fra andata e ritorno per affidarmi a loro.
Terrò sicuramente in considerazione questa armeria per il futuro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giudizio basato su 3 acquisti online (di persona probabilmente sono un'ottima azienda): il sito non è mai aggiornato e dentro il pacco della spedizione mettono un po' quello che pare a loro (3 su 3). Esempio: acquistate un articolo, pagate con carta e dopo qualche giorno venite avvisate che l'articolo non è disponibile. Dovete arrangiare cambio o rimborso e così invece di un paio di giorni impiegate una settimana a ricevere il necessario. Oppure scegliere un articolo di un certo colore ma vi arriva di un colore completamente diverso. Suggerisco quindi, se comprate online, di chiamare sempre prima di confermare il pagamento per chiedere a voce quello che vi serve e scoprire se effettivamente ce la fate ad averlo come desiderate. I prezzi non sono granchè (il paracord ad esempio costa il 50% in più che altrove) salvo sconti/offerte: attenti che con i saldi la probabilità che l'oggetto sia esaurito aumenta.
Judgment based on 3 online purchases (in person they are probably a very good company): the site is never updated and they put whatever they like inside the shipping package (3 out of 3). Example: you buy an item, pay by card and after a few days you are notified that the item is not available. You have to arrange exchange or refund and so instead of a couple of days, take a week to get the necessary. Or choose an item of a certain color but it comes in a completely different color. So I suggest, if you buy online, to always call before confirming the payment to ask for what you need and find out if you can actually get it as you wish. The prices are not great (the paracord for example costs 50% more than elsewhere) except for discounts / offers: beware that with the sales the probability that the item is out of stock increases.
