★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un paio di scarpe e mi è stato proposto il 30% di sconto su un altro articolo, ho scelto uno zainetto, solo per usufruire dell’offerta, e al momento di pagare non è stato effettuato nessuno sconto perché (non mi era stato detto) dovevo essere registrata. A quanto pare era impossibile annullare il pagamento quindi l’unica soluzione era un buono da spendere a Bata.
Il risultato: mi trovo con uno zaino che non avrei comprato e dovrò tornare in un negozio Bata se non vorró perdere il buono.
Un errore puó capitare a tutti, ma sinceramente mi sono sentita ingannata e avrei preferito un atteggiamento più limpido e corretto da parte del personale.
I bought a pair of shoes and I was offered a 30% discount on another item, I chose a backpack, just to take advantage of the offer, and at the time of paying, no discount was made because (I had not been said) I had to be registered. Apparently it was impossible to cancel the payment so the only solution was a voucher to spend in Bata.
The result: I am with a backpack that I would not have bought and I will have to go back to a Bata store if I don't want to lose the voucher.
A mistake can happen to everyone, but honestly I felt deceived and I would have preferred a more limpid and correct attitude from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesia al massimo livello e bel negozio. Organizzato bene ed illuminato. Ci sono gli spazi giusti per provare la merce e specchi per vedersi.
Le scarpe sono di buona qualità, anche se pur essendo migliorata moltissimo la produzione e la marca sia riuscita a riscattare in Italia un nome che non era apprezzatissimo, negli ultimi anni il livello è decisamente salito ed i materiali usati adesso sono ottimi.
Prezzi in linea con la concorrenza dello stesso livello anche se le suole interne a volte presentano soluzioni discutibili come il plantare leggermente duro o frazionato con qualche scalino. Controllate bene ma se all'interno il piede sta comodo, oggi le scarpe Bata sono buone scarpe.
Courtesy at the highest level and nice shop. Well organized and illuminated. There are the right spaces to try the goods and mirrors to see each other.
The shoes are of good quality, even though the production has improved a lot and the brand has managed to redeem in Italy a name that was not appreciated, in recent years the level has definitely gone up and the materials used are now excellent.
Prices in line with the competition of the same level even if the inner soles sometimes have questionable solutions such as the slightly hard or fractured footbed with some steps. Check well but if the foot is comfortable inside, today Bata shoes are good shoes.
