Telefono per un chiarimento e la risposta dell addetto è stata che è una cosa normale perche in negozio io avrei pagato l aiuto da parte del personale e con molteplici esempi cercava di farmi capire che online funziona cosi. Adesso io posso anche capire che loro adottino questa politica,ma nel sito dovrebbe essere specificato che il prezzo è valido solo per gli acquisti online. Per me non funziona cosi il rapporto col cliente. In ogni caso sono stato liquidato e loro si sono intascati 31€ in piu rispetto a quello che avrei potuto realmente pagare. I bought a lamp in the shop and, after the purchase, I learned that the product cost less on their website. I phone for clarification and the answer from the employee was that it is normal because in the shop I would have paid for help from the staff and with multiple examples he tried to make me understand that this is how it works online. Now I can also understand that they adopt this policy, but the site should specify that the price is valid only for online purchases. This is not how the relationship with the customer works for me. In any case, I was liquidated and they pocketed € 31 more than what I could have actually paid.

Capisco il momento storico che stiamo vivendo influenzi tutto, mi sarei aspettata però di essere seguita di più sullo stato del mio ordine. The lamp I ordered is very nice but I had to wait for it for more than 2 months, when it was promised to me in 2 weeks. I understand the historical moment we are experiencing affects everything, but I would have expected to be followed more on the status of my order.
