Abbiamo commissionato la realizzazione di tutti gli infissi, una porta blindata, una porta elettrificata ed una scorrevole oltre ad opere di arredo interno e scale in ferro e vetro. Una buona parte degli infissi riporta gravi difetti di costruzione (due finestre e un lucernario sono rotti e da quattro finestre entra acqua piovana) la porta blindata sta cedendo e una porta scorrevole si è bloccata. Questi solo i danni più gravi. Nonostante le opere siamo ancora coperte da garanzia (il cantiere non è ancora stato chiuso) l’azienda non intende rispondere e dobbiamo adire le vie legali. Naturalmente sono già stati pagati!!! Seguito: sono passati 6 mesi dalla recensione di cui sopra. Nel frattempo si sono rotti altri due lucernari (attualmente 3 su 6 sono bloccati) e la porta blindata è peggiorata tanto da non potersi più chiudere. Abbiamo iniziato una causa ..... giusto perché la carpenteria continua a sostenere che non ci sono problemi anzi gran bel lavoro. Ricapitolando: 3 lucernari su 6 bloccati, una porta blindata ceduta, una porta scorrevole bloccata, due finestre rotte, quattro finestre da cui entra acqua. GRAN BEL LAVORO! Our experience was really bad. We have commissioned the construction of all the fixtures, an armored door, an electrified door and a sliding door as well as interior furnishings and iron and glass staircases. A good part of the fixtures shows serious construction defects (two windows and a skylight are broken and from four windows rainwater enters) the armored door is failing and a sliding door is blocked. These are the most serious damages. Despite the works we are still covered by a guarantee (the building site has not yet been closed) the company does not intend to respond and we must take legal action. Of course they have already been paid !!! Follow-up: 6 months have passed since the review above. Meanwhile, two more skylights were broken (currently 3 out of 6 are blocked) and the armored door has deteriorated so much so that they can no longer close. We started a lawsuit ... right because carpentry continues to claim that there are no problems, indeed great work. In summary: 3 skylights out of 6 locked, a security door sold, a locked sliding door, two broken windows, four windows from which water enters. GOOD JOB!

Chiamo un giovedì pomeriggio per chiedere se fanno dei sopralluoghi, mi viene detto di sì, che li fanno di sabato e di chiamare sabato mattina presto per accordarci (mi dice anche che essendo dello stesso paese può già passare). Faccio per lasciare i miei riferimenti e indirizzo ma mi risponde in maniera sbrigativa che non serve e che basta chiamare sabato. Il sabato chiamo lo stesso numero dalle 8 alle 10.30 ma ovviamente non risponde nessuno. Ps. Il numero telefonico è preso dal sito.... My review is not about the job, but the superficiality of how potential customers are treated. I call on a Thursday afternoon to ask if they do some inspections, I am told yes, they do them on Saturday and to call early Saturday morning to make arrangements (he also tells me that being from the same country he can already pass). I start to leave my references and address but he replies in a hasty manner that it is not necessary and that it is enough to call Saturday. On Saturday I call the same number from 8 to 10.30 but obviously no one answers. Ps. The telephone number is taken from the site ....
