Torno in negozio col biglietto il giorno dopo per ritornare il prodotto, impossible avere un rimborso o almeno un buono equivalente. Tenetevi la batteria e vergognatevi del vostro servizio.

They advise me to replace a battery for a lamp. 12 Euros. I come home, battery is not compatible. I go back to the shop with the ticket the next day to return the product, it is impossible to get a refund or at least an equivalent voucher. Keep your battery and be ashamed of your service.
