Una volta arrivato mi reco in questo punto vendita per il ritiro e il commesso non vuole consegnarmi la tv perché il prezzo è troppo basso. Dice che deve informarsi se può darmela a quel prezzo o se cancelleranno l'ordine perché ha un errore di prezzo e mi farà sapere domani. (?!? Le condizioni di vendita Expert sono molto chiare in merito, il negozio deve impegnarsi a consegnare la merce al prezzo a cui il cliente ha staccato l'ordine online). Cerco di farglielo capire ma non mi lascia nemmeno parlare e mi dice "senti se non ti va bene ciapa qua" e mi butta i documenti sul tavolo. Sono onestamente rimasta allibita. Torno a casa molto delusa e arrabbiata, ha rovinato la serata a tutta la famiglia visto che tutti attendevano con ansia l'arrivo della nuova tv. Il giorno seguente mi chiama dicendo che riesce a darmela a quel prezzo dell'ordine online (con tono come se mi stesse facendo un favore, è obbligato a farlo! vedere le condizioni di vendita). Alla sera vado a ritirare la tv, lo stesso commesso non mi dice nemmeno buonasera ne tantomeno si scusa per il disagio che mi ha arrecato(ho dovuto farmi prestare un auto da un amico perché nella mia non ci sta). Non è accettabile che un cliente nuovo che compra una tv da 1000€ venga trattato in questo modo (soprattutto gli venga detto se non ti va bene vai via e che non riceva delle scuse visto che aveva piena ragione). Non mi rivedranno mai più lì dentro. We are not. I ordered a cheap TV online with in-store delivery. Once I arrive, I go to this store for collection and the clerk doesn't want to give me the TV because the price is too low. He says he has to inquire if he can give it to me at that price or if they will cancel the order because he has a pricing error and he will let me know tomorrow. (?!? The Expert conditions of sale are very clear in this regard, the store must undertake to deliver the goods at the price at which the customer has placed the online order). I try to make him understand but he doesn't even let me talk and says "listen if you're not okay with this" and throws the documents on the table. I was honestly stunned. I come home very disappointed and angry, she ruined the evening for the whole family as everyone was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new TV. The next day he calls me saying that he can give it to me at that price of the online order (with a tone as if he was doing me a favor, he is obliged to do it! See the conditions of sale). In the evening I go to pick up the TV, the same clerk doesn't even say good evening or apologize for the inconvenience it caused me (I had to borrow a car from a friend because mine doesn't fit). It is not acceptable for a new customer who buys a 1000 € TV to be treated in this way (especially if he is told if you are not happy go away and that he does not receive an apology since he was absolutely right). They will never see me in there again.
