Mi è stato restituito dopo 15 giorni senza nessun intervento perchè la sostituzione del tubo e del tasto (di cui non avevano il ricambio) non sarebbe stata "a norma". Ho chiesto anche uno scatolone per contenere l'asse aspirante (acquistata sempre da loro) e mi è stato negato poichè li avevano conatati......Se fino ad un paio d'anni fa l'assistenza era impeccabile, ora qualcosa è cambiato nella politaca dell'azienda. Sconsigliato ! I brought the steamer to the service, as I have been doing periodically for the past 18 years. It was returned to me after 15 days without any intervention because the replacement of the tube and the button (of which they did not have the spare) would not have been "up to standard". I also asked for a box to contain the suction board (always purchased from them) and I was denied because they had contacted them ...... If until a couple of years ago the assistance was impeccable, now something is changed in the company's policy. Not recommended!

S	Sonia e seve Battocchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da meno di 15 giorni ho dovuto comprare il nuovo ferro da stiro dato che il mio, a loro dire, costava troppo ripararlo. Ho da subito riscontrato problemi con il nuovo prodotto (lascia strisce di vapore nei capi ,risulta rumoroso con abbassamenti casuali di vapore) Mi sono recata due volte al negozio per richiedere spiegazioni o la sostituzione. La signora anziana molto “gentile” dopo aver provato il ferro e negato il palese problema mi ha rimandata a casa. Tornata una seconda volta mi hanno liquidata dicendomi che devo ripassare due volete i capi per togliere le righe, negandomi così la sostituzione...se sapevo tenevo il mio vecchio ferro da stiro. For less than 15 days I had to buy the new iron since mine, according to them, was too expensive to repair. I immediately had problems with the new product (leaves streaks of steam in the garments, is noisy with random drops of steam) I went to the store twice to request explanations or replacements. The very "nice" old lady after trying the iron and denying the obvious problem sent me home. I returned a second time they wound up telling me I have to go over two leaders want to remove the lines, thus denying the replacement ... I knew if I kept my old iron.

Avevo visto le recensioni e devo smentire alcune recensioni negative che ho letto. Se vi serve un ferro da stiro di qualità rivolgetevi con fiducia. Ho visto che hanno anche un macchinario di ozonizzazione (oggi di grande attualità) per uso domestico. Today I bought a small board in the Battistella shop. I was recommended and followed with kindness and professionalism. I had seen the reviews and I have to deny some negative reviews that I have read. If you need a quality iron, contact with confidence. I have seen that they also have an ozonation machine (very topical today) for domestic use.

Niente a che fare con sistemi tradizionali venduti nei supermercati, qui trovi solo sistemi industriali che però sono alla portata di gente comune che vuole macchine che durano nel tempo e garantiscano sempre la qualità. Sistemi completi con asse da stiro aspirato molto robusti che durano una vita, costano chiaramente un pò di più ma ne vale la pena. Con uno di questi non ci pensi più. Excellent ironing machines and quality accessories. Nothing to do with traditional systems sold in supermarkets, here you will find only industrial systems which, however, are within the reach of ordinary people who want machines that last over time and always guarantee quality. Complete systems with very robust vacuumed ironing board that last a lifetime, clearly cost a little more but it's worth it. With one of these you don't think about it anymore.
