★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place!!!! That was the most expensive coffee I have had in Italy and it wasn't very good. 2.6 euros for small cappuccino, 3 euros for the one with soya milk... And it was very cold inside, we had to sit in our jackets...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gold flake aperol spritz apparently... tourist trap overcharging every drink. Aperol spritz in a disgusting scratched glass for 8 euro??? Are you kidding me? Stay away from this place... youll find cheaper 5 star meals here in siena! What a joke this place is. They should be ashamed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stopped by this place to try Panforte di Siena and an espresso. It’s a fairly simple, yet delightful desert.
The cashier/waitress was very helpful. However, it would be nice if the prices were labelled. It was kind of pricey. I paid €10 for an espresso and a slice of panforte.

Food wasn't good (I mean, we are in Italy, it's literally impossible to make such a bad mozzarella !)
Place was okay, but a bit tight, we had to live each time a car had to pass in the street.
Toilets were the worst place on earth.
And the price was like two or three time more than the best places we had in Italy!

The food is unremarkable, plain, boring, and with some one the puniest portions I have ever seen. All the worse, you're paying an arm and a leg for it.
A CAN OF COKE COSTS €4.10
The male waiter who served us basically slammed the glasses on the table instead of placing them gently.
Keep aloof of this lousy bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have eaten a lot of restaurants in my life in different countries. I ate in bad, good and very good restaurants. Moreover, I spend a lot of money each month to enjoy great meal at home in family or with best friends. Sure, I know a little bit Italia and its "Gastronomie" and what I can say is that the Bar Cafetteria 4 Cantoni was our worst experience in an italian restaurant. I ordered penne pomodoro with basil, but when the meal arrived I was unable to find the any basil... and the meal was how to say... worst than a "Pasta Box"... My wife and my son took the lasagne (bad quality and low quantity)... wo... I let you have a look on the picture of the Lasagne plate... it was very bad and it was very very salted. Concerning the pizza of my daughter, it looked like the pizza you pay 2 euros in a supermarket... What a bad experience in a such great country ! I'm very sorry to write this kind of things but I also wrote a lot of goods comments since I began as a local guide in Google and for instance last commments I wrote was for restaurants in Roma to say it was good and... very good.
I gave 2 stars and even it is well paid, I don't want to be too tough and I want just to say : come on, Avanti, we are in Italia !!!
