Great restaurant! Service was great, food tasty, hot food hot and cold food cold and the presentation was impressive! They speak a bit of English so it's great for tourist's and locals alike! We would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

This is a new location in Salerno. The food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and the do speak English which helps a lot. I suggest the sashimi moriwase. You’re going to love it.

All you can eat. Horrible idea to come and eat here, waiting time is too long, also waiters don't speak English properly, we ordered tempura maki, and poke bowl, beer, and glass of wine, paid 58 EUR. My advice, if you order "all you can eat" menu, let one person from group order for himself food for all group and pay 22eur, seems like it should work this way.

We came to lunch today to have sushi as a group of three. Two of our group were very hungry and wanted all you can eat while one of us wanted to order something small from the al carta menu. We were told that this was not possible by the waiter and he implied that we would try to cheat the system in place by giving items from the all you can eat to our friend. I have eaten at Banzai in the past and never had this problem at dinner service. I decided to ask the manager if we could make an exception to which he at first agreed. We are a trustworthy group and every effort to make compromise (having separate checks and moving our tables apart) was met with stubbornness and inflexibility by the waiter and later the manager who decided to change his mind after speaking with the waiter. We realized we would get nowhere with compromise and simply agreed to all eat "all you can eat". After this, our service was extremely slow (we had to signal the waiter every time we ordered) and the sushi was about average (you would have to eat a lot to get your 22€ per person worth of all you can eat). My friend ended up eating just 6 rolls and I offered to pay their share because of the inconvenience. When it came time to pay I went in and spoke to the manager who became frustrated when I complained about these things and took the 70€ we had already placed on the counter saying this would be ok for our 73.50€ bill. He processed the sale and walked away visibly frustrated while we remained calm and reasonable the entire time. I would not recommend this restaurant because you can find much friendlier and accomodating sushi restaurants in town.

The sushi chef has skills. The other dishes wouldn’t necessarily turn us on but the sushi was a good experience. The nigiri was a good cut on all types and there were some creative rolls and variety. Presentation was high level. The total value was high for the cost. The service was friendly and patient with us international travelers.

We took the all you can eat vip formula, which is the way to go. They have a huge selection of sushi rolls and other special dishes. It would probably take 3-4 more visits to taste everything on the men. We were really surprised by some special flavour combinations we have never encounteted before (like passion fruit salsa) but it was a-ma-zing ??. Our waitress (I think her name was Sana/Sandra) was friendly but the ones at the entrance seemed rather arrogant. Other male waiter was also friendly en tried his best to communicate with tourists in English.
