★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a Novembre per le pratiche di successione dopo la perdita di mio padre portando tutta la documentazione necessaria firmata e autentificata.... Ho lasciato i miei recapiti x essere avvisato della fine dell' interim burocratico...Dopo 2 mesi vado di persona, previo telefonata avvenuta prima ma senza essere ricontattato...Scopro allibito che hanno smarrito la mia documentazione!!!! Nessuno mi ha contattato! Hanno fatto pure gli gnorri!!! Devo rifare tutto da capo!!!!. Inoltre hanno perennemente il bancomat fuori uso; senza parole.....Non vedo l'ora di chiudere il C.C!
I went in November for the succession procedures after the loss of my father bringing all the necessary signed and authenticated documents .... I left my contact details to be notified of the end of the bureaucratic interim ... After 2 months I go in person , after a telephone call that took place before but without being contacted ... I am amazed that my documentation has been lost !!!! Nobody contacted me! They also made gnorri !!! I have to do it all over again !!!!. They also perpetually have the ATM machine out of order; speechless ..... I can not wait to close the C.C!
