★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si rompe la caldaia, li contatto perché mi vengono indicati come installatori, si presentano il giorno dopo con calma e, confermando di essere gli installatori, ordinano i pezzi. Quando arrivano i pezzi, li aspetto ancora per due giorni (in totale sono rimasta 10 giorni senza acqua calda e riscaldamento), montano i pezzi e mi dicono che non sono capaci a configurare la scheda elettronica perché non l hanno installata loro e che mi avrebbe chiamato un altro tecnico di un'altra ditta nei prossimi giorni.
Essendo disperata ho chiamato un pronto intervento che mi ha risolto il problema subito (la scheda elettronica era già configurata, semplicemente era montata male).
Idrogas si è offerto di pagare l'uscita del pronto intervento rimediando così all'errore
The boiler breaks, I contact them because they are indicated to me as installers, they arrive the next day calmly and, confirming that they are the installers, they order the pieces. When the pieces arrive, I wait for them for two more days (in total I have 10 days left without hot water and heating), they assemble the pieces and tell me that they are unable to configure the electronic board because they did not install it and that they would have called another technician from another company in the next few days.
Being desperate, I called an emergency service who solved the problem immediately (the electronic board was already configured, it was simply incorrectly mounted).
Idrogas offered to pay for the emergency response, thus remedying the error
