★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio pubblico telefonico , avrò contattato tramite telefono tutta la mattina nessuno si degna di rispondere anzi staccano la linea !!! In più il numero verde non ti fa parlare neanche con un operatore telefonico!!!
Pessimo servizio!!!! Se una persona ha bisogno di aiuto certo non viene facilitata ed in più visto il risultato di non risposta non puoi neanche prendere un appuntamento per recarti direttamente in filiale !!!

Montanaro che ha cercato di aiutarmi nonostante la mia filiale di trova ad Avigliana, questi ultimi non hanno mai risposto al telefono o dato riscontro... Cmq mi ricorderò sempre della gentilezza e professionalità di questa persona,. Grazie ancora!
On the other hand, contrary to the negative reviews left, I was well received by Mr. Montanaro who tried to help me despite my branch located in Avigliana, the latter never answered the phone or gave feedback ... Anyway I will always remember the kindness and professionalism of this person. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non siete responsabile nei confronti dei vostri clienti, quando riscontrate un problema che sia risolvibile dando delle spiegazioni, non prendete neanche iniziative di contattare i vostri clienti fedeli da 15 anni. beccate la gente quando si presenta per qualcosa altro, chiedete la chiusura del conto e basta scortesemente. applausi per voi. se fosse possibile mettere meno 10 stelle, ve lo meritate tranquillamente.
you are not responsible to your customers, when you encounter a problem that can be solved by giving explanations, you do not even take the initiative to contact your loyal customers for 15 years. you catch people when they show up for something else, ask for the account to be closed and enough rudely. cheers for you. if it were possible to put less than 10 stars, you deserve it quietly.

Non ti aprono il conto perché decidono loro con chi avere a che fare o meno (parole del vice direttore) la consulente con cui ho prenotato ha spento il computer e mi ha completamente ignorato dandomi le spalle. Mentre ero lì hanno chiamato la polizia per una signora perché si é alterata dopo che non sono riusciti a soddisfare le sue richieste.
La filiale è in una zona fortemente multiculturale ma gli operatori sono tutti sgarbati con chi non è caucasico.
The staff are extremely rude. They don't open your account because they decide who to deal with or not (in the words of the deputy director) the consultant I booked with turned off the computer and completely ignored me with her back to me. While I was there they called the police for a lady because she got upset after they couldn't fulfill her requests.
The branch is in a highly multicultural area but the operators are all rude to non-Caucasian people.
