È stato semplice, preciso ed essenziale nella spiegazione dei suoi serramenti tanto che abbiamo deciso di acquistarli da lui. Il 7/2/2021 la sua squadra ha montato gli infissi ed il prodotto si è dimostrato come era stato descritto. Gli infissi sono massicci e isolanti. I montatori sono stati professionali e precisi. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo Consigliato We toured various window and door shops but the one who welcomed us was Alessandro di Berrutti and Saporito. He was simple, precise and essential in explaining his windows, so much so that we decided to buy them from him. On 7/2/2021 his team mounted the fixtures and the product proved as it was described. The windows are massive and insulating. The fitters were professional and precise. Excellent value for money Recommended

A detta loro basterebbe avere un uomo in casa, ma se sei una donna e un uomo in casa non ce l'hai, ti devi aggiustare. Assistance 0. Despite the various problems encountered, they never came to solve them. C	Caterina Bonora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dover modificare da 5 a 1 stella il giudizio della ditta, gli infissi sono buoni, bravi i montatori, peccato che abbiano montato un infisso con vetro fonoassorbente da noi richiesto per la rumorosità della via sottostante alla camera da letto (sulla scheda tecnica avrebbe dovuto abbattere 40db), ma sui vecchi infissi, senza avvertirci che questa operazione avrebbe di fatto vanificato l'efficacia dell'infisso "speciale". Alle nostre varie richieste di proposta di soluzione non hanno mai risposto. Se avessimo saputo prima di questa possibilità, non avremmo preso il vetro fonoassorbente (più costoso) o avremmo valutato di investire di più smurando il vecchio infisso. Il servizio ha danneggiato il prodotto, ci svegliamo tutti i giorni all'alba con il camion del pattume e si sentono le voci nella strada sottostante, ad una misurazione non professionale come abbiamo anche a loro comunicato si abbattono circa 20db. Davvero un peccato trattare così i clienti, almeno rispondere sarebbe quantomeno opportuno. Really a shame treat customers well, at least answer would be least desirable.

Quando ci siamo fermati da Berruti & Saporito abbiamo trovato professionalità, competenza, serietà. Ottima la qualità dei prodotti e la disponibilità della signora Marianna, sempre gentile e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni dubbio o domanda e anche a dare qualche prezioso consiglio. Anche per il montaggio hanno rispettato le tempistiche ipotizzate e il lavoro è stato veloce e pulito. La nostra esperienza è stata molto molto positiva! We had to change the windows and, given the expense to be faced, we turned a bit to get a broader idea. When we stopped at Berruti & Saporito we found professionalism, competence, seriousness. Excellent quality of products and availability of Mrs. Marianna, always kind and available to answer any doubt or question and also to give some valuable advice. Also for the assembly they respected the times assumed and the work was fast and clean. Our experience was very very positive!

Convinti dalle recensioni trovate online abbiamo quindi deciso di affidarci a loro e non ci siamo sbagliati. Alessandro ci ha seguito con grande disponibilità e pazienza, i montatori hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro, con attenzione alla pulizia e al rispetto degli ambienti; le porte sono splendide e noi siamo già in fase di preventivo per i nuovi infissi ;) We moved house and were looking for a Ferrero Legno dealer for our new doors, from which we bought those of our old house 10 years ago, still perfect. Convinced by the reviews found online, we therefore decided to rely on them and we were not wrong. Alessandro followed us with great availability and patience, the fitters did an excellent job, paying attention to cleanliness and respect for the environment; the doors are splendid and we are already in the estimate phase for the new windows;)

L'installazione è stata effettuata in modo accurato, da personale veloce e gentile, con attenzione anche alla pulizia (che non guasta mai). Ho ricevuto assistenza per le pratiche di rimborso fiscale. E' la seconda volta che affido un lavoro a questa azienda e lo rifarò, se ne avrò bisogno. The price was competitive. The survey was precise: upon installation, the window was perfect, despite "historical" walls that were anything but straight. The installation was carried out accurately, by fast and kind staff, with attention also to cleaning (which never hurts). I have received assistance with tax refund procedures. It is the second time that I have entrusted a job to this company and I will do it again, if I need it.
