A	Angela Del Grosso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo profondamenti insoddisfatti, in quanto sono 3 anni che aspettiamo che venga riposizioanto un infisso risultato difettoso (ci tengo a precisare che tali infissi sono stati posizionati prima della posa dei pavimenti quindi chi è del mestiere sa bene di cosa sto parlando, ma anche chi non è del mestiere....) e dopo 3 anni, 1 milione di telefonate altreattante mail siamo in attesa di un appuntamento....da questo abbiamo imparato che, sicuramente, è stato errato fare il finanziamento in quanto, in questo modo, abbiamo pagato prima di verificare che tutto il lavoro venisse fatto "a regola d'arte" e sicuramente non li abbiamo consigliati a nessuno dei nostri conoscenti We are deeply dissatisfied, as we have been waiting for 3 years for a defective fixture to be repositioned (I want to clarify that these fixtures were positioned before the floors were laid, so those in the trade know what I'm talking about, but also who it's not my job ....) and after 3 years, 1 million phone calls other emails we are waiting for an appointment .... from this we learned that, surely, it was wrong to do the financing because, in this way , we paid before checking that all the work was done "in a workmanlike manner" and we certainly did not recommend them to any of our acquaintances

Anche in fase di cantiere si sono resi disponibili a mettermi dei vetri temporanei in attesa che arrivassero i serramenti nuovi. Li consiglio perchè ho sentito di essermi affidata ad un'azienda seria che ha dimostrato di tenerci al soddisfacimento del cliente.
