★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in sede x avere un preventivo per una xc40, dopo mezz'ora di attesa in quanto l'unico incaricato alla vendita di quel modello era impegnato, sono stato lasciato sul piazzale senza aver ricevuto nessun invito per un preventivo scritto.
Ritorno una seconda volta con mia moglie x visionare l'auto e siamo stati lasciati da soli a visionare l'auto al punto che per chiedere informazioni ho dovuto cercare l'incaricato.
Richiesto il preventivo mi viene consegnato frettolosamente senza intestazione.
Venditore altezzoso e poco disponibile.
Ho comunque acquistato l'auto presso un'altra concessionaria volvo.
I went to the office to get a quote for an xc40, after half an hour of waiting as the only person in charge of selling that model was busy, I was left on the square without having received any invitation for a written quote.
I return a second time with my wife to view the car and we were left alone to view the car to the point that to ask for information I had to look for the person in charge.
Requested the quote is delivered to me hastily without header.
Haughty and not very helpful seller.
However, I bought the car from another volvo dealership.

Venditore roberto e preparatore Gianluca , veramente persone simpatiche , efficienti , e rapidissimi .. in una settimana mi hanno preparato la macchina , e tutte le parole dette sono state mantenute al 100 .. grazie davvero ragazzi tornerò sicuramente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais garage ! Très mal accueilli ... Vendeur très désagréable , qui ne s'occupe pas des clients . Hall d'exposition sale , vitrine vide , aucun panneau publicitaire . Obligé d'aller au garage Suzuki pour faire les papiers car aucun personnel sur place . Professionnel automobile , j'ai acheté des dizaines de voiture dans ce garage , le personnel a changé cette année , j'ai été servi comme un malpropre .... Ils m'ont fait perdre mon temps , mon argent et ma patience... Je ne travaillerai plus jamais avec eux ! Privilégiez Volvo Savona !
Very bad garage! Very badly received ... Very rude seller, who does not take care of customers. Dirty exhibition hall, empty showcase, no advertising boards. Forced to go to the Suzuki garage to do the papers because no staff on site. Automotive professional, I bought dozens of cars in this garage, the staff changed this year, I was served like a mess .... They wasted my time, my money and my patience. I will never work with them again! Choose Volvo Savona!
