Mandi una email per la richiesta di un documento e non vieni preso in considerazione, provi a chiamare (in orario di apertura ovviamente) e non risponde nessuno. Dopo molti tentativi riesci finalmente a parlare con qualcuno che ti assicura che la tua richiesta verrà presa in carico e dopo 3 giorni lavorativi ancora nessuna risposta.
In the times of covid-19 bad service. Send an email to request a document and you are not taken into consideration, try to call (during opening hours of course) and nobody answers. After many attempts you can finally talk to someone who assures you that your request will be taken care of and after 3 working days still no answer.
