Una vergogna l'impossibilità di contattare telefonicamente la filiale, una vergogna la poca elasticità e disponibilità nei confronti di clienti fedeli anche da molti anni, una vergogna la nulla organizzazione per venire incontro a clienti disabili e che faticano a spostarsi da casa. Sicuramente una banca che sconsiglio senza rimorso alcuno!! Mi spiace che Unicredit si stia scavando una fossa con le sue stesse mani!!
