★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato cliente di questa filiale per 15 anni, tutto bene finché non ho avuto necessità di sedermi alla loro scrivania, un incubo. Nel 2015 chiedo la rinegoziazione del mutuo, tra rinvii, presa in carico della richiesta e burocrazie varie trascorre un anno nella completa disattenzione generale, cambio filiale per sfinimento e risolvo la questione in una settimana! Assolutamente inetti.
I have been a client of this branch for 15 years, so good until I needed to sit at their desk, a nightmare. In 2015 I ask for renegotiation of the loan, including referrals, taking charge of the application and various bureaucracies spent a year in the full general inattention, branch exchange from exhaustion and resolve the issue in a week! Absolutely inept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni anno che passa bnl offre servizi sempre più scadenti, se vuoi parlare per telefono con il direttore della tua filiale per assicurarti che esegua l'operazione da te chiesta alla mattina non lo puoi fare perché esiste solo il numero del centro servizi! Ma è mai possibile alla fine siamo.noi che vi diamo lo.stipendio portandoci i nostro soldi. E pensare che non più di 7 anni fa valutato bnl come una delle migliori banche, ora fate pena,. Non cambio solo.perche le altre fanno pena come voi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALEDUCATI E ARROGANTI , banca nel 2020 senza un numero di telefono....... numero verde fornisce numeri di cellulari dei consulenti interni che ovviamente non rispondono mai..
Ogni volta dentro bisogna aspettare ore con 4-5 impiegati che girano avanti e indietro non concludendo nulla.
Consulenti molto cafoni e con zero voglia di lavorare!
RUDE AND ARROGANT, bank in 2020 without a phone number ....... toll-free number provides mobile numbers of internal consultants who obviously never answer ..
Each time inside, you have to wait hours with 4-5 employees running back and forth and not getting anything done.

Le sedi nel territorio italiano NON hanno numeri di telefono quindi diventa impossibile effettuare qualsiasi comunicazione diretta. Oltretutto (cosa molto imbarazzante) risulta quindi impossibile comunicare tra diversi istituti di credito, il che rende molto snervante fare operazioni comuni (quali per esempio trasferimenti di denaro tra diversi istituti di credito oppure verifiche sui fondi per cambi assegni ecc ecc).
È imbarazzante nel 2019 che una società che si reputa leader nelle operazioni di credito sia irreperibile e disfunzionale come se fosse appena nata. Assolutamente chi ha un conto lo chiuda e chi abbia intenzione di aprirne uno diffidi dal farlo e si guardi intorno perché ci sono altre mille società (e non sto scherzando) in grado di offrire un servizio migliore!
THE WORST BANK EXISTING IN THE WORLD!
The offices in the Italian territory DO NOT have telephone numbers so it becomes impossible to make any direct communication. Moreover (which is very embarrassing) it is therefore impossible to communicate between different credit institutions, which makes it very unnerving to do common operations (such as, for example, transfers of money between different credit institutions or checks on funds for check payments etc etc).
It's embarrassing in 2019 that a company that considers itself a leader in credit operations is untraceable and dysfunctional as if it were just born. Absolutely who has an account closes it and who intends to open one diffidiva from doing it and look around because there are other thousand companies (and I'm not kidding) able to offer a better service!
