I felt terrible and closed my account - they probably only follow corporate clients well ... never CREDEM again

Per una surroga: dopo aver avvallato tutti i documenti,abbiamo effettuato la perizia che ha confermato i dati richiesti,però ci hanno comunque bocciato la pratica. Tutto questo protraendosi per oltre 8 mesi. Se non c'erano i presupposti potevano dirlo all'inizio. Dopo questo increscioso incidente ho cambiato banca e mi hanno fatto subito la surroga.
I do not recommend the branch: little information and almost no availability. For a subrogation: after having validated all the documents, we carried out the appraisal which confirmed the requested data, but we still rejected the practice. All this lasting for over 8 months. If there were no conditions, they could tell at the beginning. After this unfortunate incident I changed banks and I was immediately subrogated.
