v	vincenzo calcabrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente pessimo servizio, non rispondono al telefono, ho chiamato 5 volte, parto da casa,20 minuti per arrivare,10 minuti per trovare parcheggio, arrivo in banca e mi viene detto che devo mandare una mail come scritto nel portone di ingresso...ma come devo venire qui prendere la mail, tornare a casa, scrivere la mail e aspettare che mi rispondano sperando di essere libero quando avrò la prenotazione..assurdo.. veramente pessimo servizio...sto valutando di cambiare banca Absolutely bad service, they don't answer the phone, I called 5 times, I leave home, 20 minutes to arrive, 10 minutes to find parking, I arrive at the bank and I am told that I have to send an email as written in the front door ... but how should I come here take the email, go home, write the email and wait for them to answer me hoping to be free when I have the reservation .. absurd .. really bad service ... The phone rings empty. Maybe they don't have anyone answering. You call a different branch (via del lido) and they answer without problems.
