★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire?! Una filiale così fatiscente non l'avevo mai vista. E non mi riferisco all'edificio ma alla totale disorganizzazione, alla scortesia e al menefreghismo degli addetti.
What to say?! I had never seen such a dilapidated branch. And I am not referring to the building but to the total disorganization, rudeness and indifference of the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo con chi dice non rispondono mai al telefono. Ma il peggio non è per il cliente, cmq si fa presto a risolvere il problema si va dove questo problema fanno in modo di non averlo.
I agree with those who say they never answer the phone. But the worst is not for the customer, cmq it's easy to solve the problem you go where this problem they make sure not to have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo giorni che mio suocero (84 anni) non riesce ad entrare in internet banking ci rechiamo in filiale per motivi Urgenti (ci serve iban x bonifico da ricevere subito), l'addetto ci risponde testuali parole:" se non avete appuntamento prima sbrigo chi lo ha poi forse do' retta a voi".Al mercato ortofrutticolo ci trattano molto,ma molto meglio........
after days that my father-in-law (84 years old) is unable to enter internet banking we go to the branch for urgent reasons (we need iban for a bank transfer to be received immediately), the employee replies in the exact words: "if you don't have an appointment, I'll hurry up who then maybe he listens to you ". At the fruit and vegetable market they treat us much, much better ........
