I primi sono i responsabili che ti ignorano e ti passegiano davanti, vanno a rinfrescarsi al bar, scambiano due chiacchiere tornano e nel vederti ancora in fila dopo 1 ora non battono ciglio. E se alzi la voce vieni azittito. L'unico competente è andato in pensione. Ci sarebbero altri che valgono ma precari e non possono aprire bocca. Al posto loro tanto ci sta la signorina che da di matto ogni volta che deve lavorare . Bad service. Se fai anche presente alla direttrice cosa ti risponde? Puoi fare il reclamo e scegliere un'altra banca! Complimenti!! C'è gente che pagherebbe per avere un lavoro e questi si fanno i comodi loro.. E poi non rispondono nemmeno al telefono per prendere appuntamento e per le cose più importanti nemmeno ti chiamano! Bad service ..
