1. They don't answer the phone 2 they are loan sharks 3 they don't call back on the phone I called all day to feel welcome in compass but to talk to someone who needs to be done?

I have been a compass customer for almost 3 years (car loan) although my branch is that of Caserta, the Latin operators (city for me more comfortable) I have always been close and available for any problem or doubt

L'addetto che ha risposto mi ha elencato i documenti da portare e le tempistiche. La mattina successiva mi sono recato in filiale e già nel primo pomeriggio sono stato richiamato per firmare il contratto. Pienamente soddisfatto.
I contacted the branch by phone to find out the documents needed to apply for a small loan to buy my first car. The replied attendant listed me the documents to bring and the timing. The next morning I went to the branch and already in the early afternoon I was called to sign the contract. Fully satisfied.

Dopo giorni di attesa ho provato a contattare la sede di Latina IMPOSSIBILE PARLARE CON QUALCUNO!
Ho contattato le altre sedi, mandato mail, nessuno è riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la sede ne a darmi informazioni utili.
Spero sia un problema circoscritto a quest'unica sede.
Anni fa c'era professionalità in Compass, cosa che adesso non esiste più, almeno per la mia esperienza.
Weeks ago I went to the office for a consultation, after submitting the request, the consultant assured me that I would receive an answer, positive or negative, within a few days.
After days of waiting I tried to contact the Latina office. IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE!
I contacted the other offices, sent e-mails, no one was able to get in touch with the office or to give me useful information.
I hope it is a problem limited to this one location.
Years ago there was professionalism in Compass, something that no longer exists, at least in my experience.
