★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A volte è meglio non far rispondere alcune persone al telefono soprattutto se con il loro fare ledono l'immagine di questo laboratorio che fino ad oggi consideravo discreto.
Sconsigliato.
Sometimes it is better not to let some people answer the phone especially if with their doing they damage the image of this laboratory that until now I considered discreet.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiami per chiedere un'informazione sulle analisi di pomeriggio e ti dicono di chiamarli dopo mezzogiorno. Chiami 4 volte dopo mezzogiorno e non rispondono. Lo fai presente e ti rispondono scocciate che comunque bisogna chiamare di mattina. Gentilezza e sensibilità alle stelle!
Call to ask for information on the afternoon analysis and they tell you to call them after noon. Call 4 times after noon and don't answer. You do this and they respond annoyed that you still need to call in the morning. Kindness and sensitivity to the stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lunedì è poco affollato, il sabato affollatissimo. Di solito in accettazione sono molto gentili e disponibili. Mi è stato molto difficile contattare telefonicamente: ho chiamato più volte aspettando ogni volta almeno un quarto d'ora e solo una volta sono riuscito a parlare con qualcuno. In generale li ho trovati professionali ed i prezzi per le analisi si sono rivelati essere al pari, se non anche inferiori a quelli dell'ASL e dell'ospedale. Gli esami elaborati in loco vengono refertati entro pochi giorni, talvolta pure in giornata. In sala d'attesa è disponibile dell'acqua.
Mondays are not very crowded, the Saturday is very crowded. Usually in acceptance they are very kind and helpful. It was very difficult for me to contact by phone: I called several times, waiting at least a quarter of an hour each time, and only once did I manage to talk to someone. In general I found them professional and the prices for the analysis turned out to be on par, if not even lower than those of the ASL and the hospital. The exams prepared on the spot are reported within a few days, sometimes even on the same day. Water is available in the waiting room.
