Sono intenzionata ad esporre formale denuncia per la grave inadempienza: premetto che vado tutte le settimane a pagamento a fare il prelievo dell'emocromo preliminare è necessario alla CHEMIOTERAPIA settimanale, e per cui il referto è necessario inviarlo entro la sera prima in ospedale perché possano ordinare i chemioterapici altrimenti non si può fare!! Ebbene nonostante le raccomandazioni ripetute e motivate, non solo non hanno inviato entro la giornata il referto dell'emocromo per cui sono sufficienti 20 minuti, ma alla mia protesta quando finalmente ho potuto sentirli la mattina successiva, giorno della chemio, mi hanno risposto dandomi della pazza con una maleducazione è ignoranza. Non fate questo lavoro! Non vendete gelati, le persone stanno male e senza le terapie le conseguenze possono essere gravi!!
