★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davide, l'architetto incontrato nel negozio Balneum, oltre alle ottime capacità tecniche e alla gentilezza ed educazione che credo siano una caratteristica del suo carattere, ha indubbiamente un'altra dote importante....quella di leggerti nel pensiero! Infatti dopo alcuni preventivi fatti in città dove , per chi non fa questo mestiere è difficilissimo fare una scelta giusta ,anche per gli elevati costi dei materiali, è stato per me veramente fondamentale, perché improvvisamente tutto si è semplificato.

Davide, the architect met in the Balneum shop, in addition to the excellent technical skills and kindness and education that I believe are a characteristic of his character, undoubtedly has another important gift .... to read you in thought! Ho ristrutturato casa un anno fa, comprando bagno e pavimenti in questo negozio (per un totale di più di 13 mila euro). Materiali belli, niente da dire, ma il peggior servizio di sempre, vi racconto la mia esperienza:
Tutti i ritardi che ho avuto nella ristrutturazione sono stati causati da loro, prima perché mi è arrivato un altro pavimento rispetto a quello da me ordinato, poi per altri ritardi nelle varie consegne. L'apice è stato raggiunto quando mi hanno telefonato divertiti per dirmi che il LORO CORRIERE DI FIDUCIA aveva dimenticato di ritirare le mie piastrelle della cucina, ho detto loro di farli arrivare con una consegna prioritaria -visto che avevo il piastrellista che doveva posarle e la consegna della cucina a breve- e sapendo che mi avevano causato mesi di ritardo e che quella era tutta colpa del LORO corriere di fiducia, hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi pure 80 euro per la spedizione (ripeto: dopo aver già preso da loro 13 mila euro di merce e averla sempre pagata puntuale il giorno stesso della fatturazione). Non so con che faccia hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi questi soldi.
Come se non bastasse, a distanza di un anno, la luce led dello specchio del bagno ha smesso di funzionare, e a detta loro "i led possono durare 10 anni come 6 mesi, non te la cambiamo in garanzia e ti costa 50 euro cambiarla". Se non sono in grado di dare un minimo di garanzia su queste piccole cose, tremo all'idea di aver problemi più seri con i materiali da loro forniti che mi son costati molto di più.
Embarrassing service.
I renovated my house a year ago, buying bathroom and floors in this shop (for a total of more than 13 thousand euros). Beautiful materials, nothing to say, but the worst service ever, I'll tell you my experience:
All the delays I had in the renovation were caused by them, first because I got another floor than the one I ordered, then for other delays in the various deliveries. The pinnacle was reached when they phoned me in amusement to tell me that THEIR TRUSTED COURIER had forgotten to collect my kitchen tiles, I told them to have them arrive with priority delivery - seeing that I had the tiler who had to lay them and delivery of the kitchen shortly - and knowing that they had caused me months of delay and that that was all the fault of THEIR trusted courier, they had the courage to ask me for 80 euros for the shipment (I repeat: after having already taken 13 thousand from them euros of goods and always paid for them on time on the day of invoicing). I don't know what face they had the courage to ask me for this money.
As if that weren't enough, one year later, the LED light in the bathroom mirror stopped working, and according to them "the LEDs can last 10 years or 6 months, we don't change it under warranty and it costs you 50 euros to change it" . If I am not able to give a minimum guarantee on these little things, I tremble at the idea of having more serious problems with the materials they provide which have cost me much more.
