Segue il cliente con cura, consiglia ed inventa soluzioni intelligenti per rendere l'oggetto originale ed il più vicino possibile allo schizzo su carta. È molto attento ai dettagli e tiene conto delle esigenze dell'acquirente senza mai imporre il suo gusto, una qualità non da poco.
Ha la miglior collezione di opali in città, un vero intenditore, ma non solo e si fa in quattro per cercare la gemma giusta quando non ci si accontenta del suo assortimento: ha veramente di tutto.
Sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta dei pezzi e posso dire che li indosso con un certo orgoglio.
Infine, oltre alla passione che ha per il suo lavoro, la trasmette tanto da trascinare anche il cliente in questo mondo, è estremamente gentile e simpatico.
