★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrata questa mattina per chiedere assistenza per un braccialetto dal valore esiguo ma regalatomi da mia madre per Natale, quindi con valore affettivo, al quale dopo pochi giorni si è staccato lo charme.
La commessa che mi ha accolto è stata gentile e disponibile finché non è arrivata la responsabile che è stata da subito sgarbata e poco professionale.
Personalmente sarebbe bastato poco, anche un NO ma detto in maniera gentile.
Quindi per me mai più Stroilli.
 I entered this morning to ask for assistance for a bracelet with a low value but given to me by my mother for Christmas, therefore with emotional value, which after a few days the charm fell off.
The saleswoman who welcomed me was kind and helpful until the manager arrived and was immediately rude and unprofessional.
Personally it would have taken little, even a NO but said in a kind way.
So for me no more Stroilli.

Ho ritirato il tutto e sono andata in una gioielleria seria e onesta dove hanno valutato il pezzo come oro (non avevo dubbi) e sono rimasta perplessa a scoprire quanto gonfiano i prezzi da Stroili. Comprato lo stesso gioiello con tanto di garanzia risparmiando 250 euro. Mai più da loro!
Not recommended !! Brought gold to evaluate for jewelry purchase. They told me one ring was silver! I withdrew everything and went to a serious and honest jewelry store where they valued the piece as gold (I had no doubts) and I was perplexed to find out how much the prices at Stroili are inflating. Bought the same jewel with a guarantee, saving 250 euros. Never again from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanta scelta, prezzi buoni, sulla valutazione dell'oro usato non posso dire nulla ma di solito non è conveniente in questo tipo di negozi da catena. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, sono stata consigliata bene ma senza troppa invadenza. Esperienza per me positiva, tornerò. Ci sono tante idee regalo carine anche per poco.
Lots of choice, good prices, I can't say anything about the valuation of used gold but it's usually not cheap in this type of chain store. Very helpful and kind staff, I was well advised but without too much intrusiveness. Experience positive for me, I will return. There are many cute gift ideas even for a little while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un’Odissea lunga un mese per far incidere un braccialetto d’argento. Sbagliato non una, non due ma ben tre volte. Le prime incisioni erano di una grandezza illeggibile, l’ultima volta la scritta era storta e a quel punto ho rinunciato. Hanno almeno avuto il buon senso di rimborsare il costo dell’incisione.
Se non si è in grado di eseguire un servizio, piuttosto è meglio non offrirlo.
A month-long Odyssey to have a silver bracelet engraved. Wrong not once, not twice but three times. The first engravings were of an illegible size, the last time the writing was wrong and at that point I gave up. They at least had the good sense to reimburse the cost of the engraving.
If you are unable to perform a service, it is better not to offer it.

Today we went to buy the first earrings and consequently make the holes for our 3 year old daughter.We had a great time, super professional staff and available, Assunta was very good and very nice.I never write reviews but this is well deserved, I absolutely recommend .

Beautiful jewelery shop in the center of Trieste, very well stocked. The saleswoman who served me was very courteous and helpful. They are also open on Sundays.
