Fully stocked atelier! I toured practically all the Ateliers / shops in Friuli, but only here did I find the DRESS so desired. Not to be neglected, excellent assistance even after marriage. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior negozio a Trieste per vestiario da sposo e da cerimonia. Personale molto competente e cordiale. Capi di assoluta qualità (hanno la linea completa Pignatelli, ma non solo...).
Ambiente al piano molto chic, ma alla fine i prezzi sono perfettamente in linea con gli altri negozi (a parità di prodotto ovviamente).
The best shop in Trieste for groom's and formal wear. Very competent and friendly staff. Top quality garments (they have the complete Pignatelli line, but not only ...).
Very chic atmosphere on the floor, but in the end the prices are perfectly in line with the other stores (obviously with the same product).

Dopo avermi spacciato una cravatta in polyestere per seta (dando addirittura consigli su come stirare la seta, attenzione: consigli dati dopo l'acquisto, non prima!!!) facendomi vedere la targa "pura seta" di un'altra cravatta prima dell'acquisto e non di quella scelta, praticamente intoccabile dall'involucro per controllare -peraltro ,questa cravatta di marchio Sorbino era contenuta in un involucro di plastica trasparente di Fumagalli (Signori, con tutto rispetto, c'è una bella differenza tra le due marche!!!) e aver chiesto di cambiarla, non solo non ho ricevuto scuse, ma la commessa ha ribattuto che la cravatta in polyestere è microfibra (ma che ignoranza è mai questa?) e non mi ha affatto guidato nell'acquisto orientandomi su cravatte decisamente salate (celandomi cravatte belle e di qualità ad un prezzo leggermente piu contenuto); in più ho dovuto richiedere un involucro neutro, altrimenti risultava ancora quello di Fumagalli! la professionalita sta nel guidare un cliente, che a volte si affida alle parole del venditore senza ricontrollare , non nel mostrare faccia tosta e fregarlo con dolo e per ignoranza per ben due volte, VERGOGNA.
Bad experience and dishonest shop assistant. After having sold me a polyester tie for silk (even giving advice on how to iron the silk, attention: advice given after the purchase, not before !!!) showing me the "pure silk" plate of another tie before the purchase and not of that choice, practically untouchable from the wrapping to check - moreover, this Sorbino brand tie was contained in a transparent plastic wrapper by Fumagalli (Gentlemen, with all due respect, there is a big difference between the two brands! !!) and having asked to change it, not only did I not receive an apology, but the saleswoman replied that the polyester tie is microfiber (but what ignorance is this?) and it did not guide me in the purchase at all, orienting myself on ties definitely salty (hiding from me beautiful and quality ties at a slightly lower price); in addition I had to request a neutral casing, otherwise it was still that of Fumagalli! the professionalism lies in guiding a customer, who sometimes relies on the words of the seller without double checking, not in showing nerve and cheating him with willfulness and ignorance twice, SHAME.

Addirittura indirizzati in altri posti dallo stesso proprietario che nonostante l appuntamento fissato per la seconda volta (conosceva già la taglia dello sposo,che per l occasione ha perso anche kg e circonferenza!)non ha tirato fuori la taglia di vestito adatta ! giornata di lavoro persa per tutti ! rivolgetevi ad altri posti...come giustamente ci ha consigliato il titolare, che per qualche kg in più ci ha chiaramente detto di non avere vestibilità(parliamo di una 56)! Consiglio al proprietario di affidare gli appuntamenti a personale coscienzioso in grado di mettere a proprio agio il cliente sopratutto se fisicamente non rispecchia il suo canone di bellezza!
