Well heated room, with a safe.everything is perfect,value for money, I would highly recommend this b&b.well done guys!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK, five stars might be generous. But this is Florence to me. Reminds me of living here 20 years ago. You get keys and are able to let yourself in and out. Our room was really big and very clean and well-kept. The thing you need to be aware of is that this is an old building and not a modern hotel: this is old-school Italy. If you're up for that you couldn't do better. The women working here were fantastic and made great recommendations for us. Everything was clean. Our bathroom ceiling had a mold issue. But seriously: 17th-century fresco on the ceiling of your ceiling and a view over a garden to the Arno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First feel about this place was positive ?. Personal is professional and informed us about Florence??. It's good location , city centrum is just 1km from there. So many beautiful street around. Also places with food. Room was old but very beautiful , with new windows which isolated a bit sound from outside. The negative was have bathroom out of room , also was there cold. Another that room was a dusty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the service is generally friendly and the property is unique, I did not appreciate the way the staff dealt with the poor-quality on site Wi-Fi. Rather than listening to my diagnosis of the problem—the router’s weak signal cannot penetrate the hotel’s thick, plaster walls—he simply insisted that there was a problem with my devices, and tried to lecture me on the basics of how to connect to the internet.
Rule #1 of customer service: Do not blame or scold your customers.
