★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Che dire? Tutto perfetto per una sosta improvvisata al momento. Disponibilità massima, ho chiamato un paio d'ore prima e mi hanno fatto trovare la stanza riscaldata a dovere!
La location è fantastica, in una zona appartata, immersa nel verde, struttura accogliente, familiare, arredata con grande gusto e attenzione per i dettagli: si vede che c'è anche tanta passione, sono andato poco prima di Natale e c'era tutto il necessario per farmi sentire l'aria Natalizia.
Mi sono trovato davvero benissimo a costo decisamente abbordabile, colazione abbondante inclusa, con una cucina a cui non mancava praticamente nulla.
C'è anche una piscina, piccola area di sgambamento cani, giardino e piccoli giochi per bambini. Proprietari educati, alla mano, cordiali e sempre presenti in caso di bisogno.
Che dire di più? Tutto decisamente più che perfetto, che se potessi darei anche una stella in più.
Se cercate in zona un posto PERFETTO, ecco, lo avete trovato, io l'ho già segnato tra i luoghi di sicuro affidamento nel caso mi trovassi in zona
 Wow! What to say? All perfect for an impromptu stop at the moment. Maximum availability, I called a couple of hours before and they made me find the room heated properly!
The location is fantastic, in a secluded area, surrounded by greenery, a welcoming, familiar structure, furnished with great taste and attention to detail: you can see that there is also a lot of passion, I went just before Christmas and there was everything the necessary to make me feel the Christmas air.
I had a really great time at a very affordable cost, abundant breakfast included, with a kitchen that lacked practically nothing.
There is also a swimming pool, small dog walking area, garden and small games for children. Owners polite, easygoing, friendly and always there in case of need.
What more can I say? All definitely more than perfect, which if I could I would even give an extra star.
If you are looking for a PERFECT place in the area, here, you have found it, I have already marked it among the places of safe trust in case I find myself in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto. Prenotato e accolti da Marco e Tiziana in questa splendida struttura curata in ogni piccolo dettaglio, gestita in modo famigliare e immersa nel verde. Colazione abbondante inclusa e costi francamente onesti. La presenza della piscina completa il soggiorno davvero rilassante.
All perfect. Booked and welcomed by Marco and Tiziana in this splendid structure with attention to every little detail, managed in a familiar way and surrounded by greenery. Hearty breakfast included and frankly honest costs. The presence of the swimming pool completes the truly relaxing stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiti da Roma per 15 giorni di riposo e nessun'altra aspettativa a "La cancellata di Mezzo" abbiamo trovato un'oasi di tranquillità ma anche freso, tanto verde, una bella piscina grande sempre disponibile ma soprattutto tanta, tantissima cordialità e simpatia dai proprietari e dai loro figli; si sono prodigati in ogni modo per metterci a nostro agio ed offrirci ogni possibile comfort. Per chi ama gli animali ci sono anche due simpaticissimi cani che, se uno lo desidera, fanno tanta compagnia, diversamente se ne stanno per fatti loro e non disturbano assolutamente. Siamo tornati a casa entusiasti e riposati, già pronti per ripetere questa gradevolissima esperienza. Un sincero ringraziamento a Tiziana e Marco che gestiscono la struttura.

We left Rome for 15 days of rest and no other expectations at "La cancellata di Mezzo" we found an oasis of tranquility but also fresh, lots of greenery, a beautiful large swimming pool always available but above all lots and lots of friendliness and sympathy from the owners and their children; they did their utmost to put us at ease and offer us every possible comfort. For those who love animals there are also two very nice dogs that, if one wishes, keep a lot of company, otherwise they are on their own and do not disturb at all. We returned home excited and rested, ready to repeat this very pleasant experience. A sincere thanks to Tiziana and Marco who manage the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ospite al B&B inizio settimana per 4 notti, che dire..... tutto perfetto per un vero relax , ambiente pulitissimo ordinato ed accogliente, Marco e Tiziana premurosi e disponibili, pronti a dare consigli e suggerimenti per vivere la zona. Bella la piscina pulitissima e a mia completa disposizione, i Ragazzi rispettosi e molto educati. Dolci e coccolosi i due Pastori Tedeschi che ti danno il benvenuto ad ogni rientro.
Consiglio questo posto per un vero relax.

I was a guest at the B&B at the beginning of the week for 4 nights, what can I say ..... all perfect for a true relaxation, clean, tidy and welcoming environment, Marco and Tiziana caring and helpful, ready to give advice and suggestions for living the area. The swimming pool is beautiful, very clean and at my complete disposal, the boys respectful and very polite. Sweet and cuddly the two German Shepherds who welcome you at every return.
I recommend this place for true relaxation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e accoglienti, persone solari e generose. Un posto immerso nel verde, perfetto per rilassarsi. La posizione è top, per chi vuole vedere Roma e anche rilassarsi. È vicinissimo anche al lago Wake n lake, per praticare wake board e sci nautico. Lo consiglio vivamente.
The owners were very helpful and welcoming, cheerful and generous people. A place surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing. The location is top, for those who want to see Rome and also relax. It is also very close to Wake n lake, for wake boarding and water skiing. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo B&B si trova immerso nelle campagne di Zagarolo, vicinissimo ai Castelli e a Roma.
Sicuramente una delle note positive è il posto in cui è situato, c'è calma, silenzio e soprattutto relax. In qualsiasi stagione si vada ci sarà sempre qualcosa di positivo.
I proprietari sono estremamente gentili, sempre disponibili e con il sorriso stampato....e non è poco!
La pulizia c'è e si vede, gli spazi da quelli personali a quelli in comune sono grandi e accoglienti. All'interno non manca nulla, non abbiamo avuto mai bisogno di chiedere qualcosa che già non fosse presente. La colazione è ricca e c'è di tutto, dalle torte alle merendine, dalla nutella al miele, dai succhi di frutta al the. In camera è anche presente un bollitore elettrico con tisane e tazze sempre pronte all'uso. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti ed è stato TUTTO una piacevolissima permanenza!
This B&B is nestled in the Zagarolo countryside, very close to the Castles and Rome.
Surely one of the positive notes is the place where it is located, there is calm, silence and above all relaxation. Whatever season you go there will always be something positive.
The owners are extremely kind, always available and with a smile .... and that's not cheap!
The cleanliness is there and it shows, the spaces from the personal ones to those in common are large and welcoming. Nothing is missing inside, we never needed to ask for something that wasn't already there. The breakfast is rich and there is everything from cakes to snacks, from nutella to honey, from fruit juices to tea. In the room there is also an electric kettle with herbal teas and cups always ready for use. We stayed for three nights and it was ALL a very pleasant stay!
