★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato in un paesino dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, dove il suono del campanile sembra giungere da un’epoca lontana e dove le antiche mura poligonali e la fortezza medievale ci raccontano una storia arcaica che si perde nella notte dei tempi. Un paese che rimane sempre fedele a se stesso, anno dopo anno.
Dal b&b si può godere lo spettacolo dell’immensa vallata romana con i sublimi scenari della natura.
Un luogo da non perdere per staccarsi dalla caotica vita quotidiana e rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità.
Located in a village where time seems to have stopped, where the sound of the bell tower seems to come from a distant time and where the ancient polygonal walls and the medieval fortress tell us an archaic story that is lost in the mists of time. A country that always remains true to itself, year after year.
From the b & b you can enjoy the spectacle of the immense Roman valley with the sublime scenery of nature.
A place not to be missed to get away from the chaotic daily life and relax in peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo stati per un we. Stanze pulite e personale molto disponibile. Il posto è molto suggestivo c'è un panorama favoloso e una grande sala dove fare pranzi di gruppo . Si trova a un passo da Castel San Pietro, raggiungibile anche a piedi. We rigenerante. Lo consiglio
We were there for a we. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. The place is very impressive there is a fabulous view and a large room where you can have group lunches. It is located a step away from Castel San Pietro, which can also be reached on foot. We rejuvenating. I advise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo molto silenzioso con una bella vista panoramica sui colli circostanti. Camere super pulite, colazione ottima e l'utilizzo della piscina esterna è ciò che rende tutto fantastico nelle calde giornate di luglio. Sara, la ragazza che gestisce il tutto, è super disponibile, molto educata ed anche molto simpatica.
Sicuramente ci tornerò!
Very quiet place with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Super clean rooms, great breakfast and the use of the outdoor pool is what makes everything great on hot July days. Sara, the girl who manages everything, is super helpful, very polite and also very nice.
I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 20 al 24 luglio 2020. Debbo concludere che ho passato giorni stupendi. La camera con piccola terrazza che ci hanno assegnato guardava sulla vallata. Un panorama stupendo !! Dalla struttura è stato possibile visitare tutte le bellezze del luogo, in particolare Palestrina con un meraviglioso museo archeologica, il tempio della Fortuna Primigenia, Tivoli e il bellissimo borgo di Castel San Pietro Romano. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità della persona con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare durante il nostro soggiorno, delle ottime a abbondanti colazioni mattutine, della pulizia della stanza e di tutta la struttura, e soprattutto della quiete e del bellissimo panorama.
Sono sicuro che ritorneremo in questo splendido posto ed in questa splendida struttura.
With my wife we stayed at this property from 20 to 24 July 2020. I must conclude that I spent wonderful days. The room with a small terrace that we were assigned overlooked the valley. A wonderful view !! From the structure it was possible to visit all the beauties of the place, in particular Palestrina with a wonderful archaeological museum, the temple of Fortuna Primigenia, Tivoli and the beautiful village of Castel San Pietro Romano. We very much appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the person with whom we had to deal during our stay, the excellent and abundant morning breakfasts, the cleanliness of the room and the whole structure, and above all the quiet and the beautiful landscape.
I am sure that we will return to this beautiful place and this splendid structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful BnB, location, views, rooms everything was excellent. Only complaint the young lady checked us in didn't speak much never showed us our room or gave us any information on breakfast etc. She just left living us thinking she was coming back but we didn't see her anymore that evening or next day before we left. There was no one in the kitchen, no food not even water in the refrigerator. Please don't call this a Bed and Breakfast because our experience was just a wonderful bed BUT NO BREAKFAST OR EMPLOYEES to ask for anything. We recommend this place very much but make sure you bring your own snacks, beverage or food. Nearest restaurants down the road ( to far to walk).
