★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo essermi imbattuto in un periodo sfortunato perché quando ho portato le olive mi veniva comunicato che a causa di pregressi guasti avevano accumulato molte ore di ritardo. Quindi dalle 21 che avevamo appuntamento, siamo ritornati per la frangitura nella notte e abbiamo terminato alle 6 di mattina. Peraltro, è pure capitato che nel mentte si è rotta la centrifuga e sempre nello stesso momento si è bloccato ad un altro utente il trascinamento delle olive per il lavaggio. Un po' troppi problemi....per essere solo sfortuna. Peccato sarà per un'altra volta.
Unfortunately I must have come across an unfortunate period because when I brought the olives I was told that due to previous failures they had accumulated many hours of delay. So from 9 pm we had an appointment, we returned for the night pressing and finished at 6 in the morning. Moreover, it also happened that while the centrifuge broke and at the same time another user was blocked from dragging the olives for washing. A little too much trouble .... to be just bad luck.
