Grazie a Nicoletta ed i suoi genitori per la bellissima esperienza, un particolare grazie al sig. Claudio, che con la sua passione ci ha trasportato nel mondo enogastronomico, con i suoi racconti e spiegazioni, dalla coltivazione alla produzione e degustazione. Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono trovare degli ottimi vini bio della nostra regione.

β β β β β Cantina a conduzione familiare con produzione vini biologici. Passione e professionalitΓ creano prodotti di ottimo livello. Notevoli i bianchi, gli spumantizzati ed il Cabernet Sauvignon (profumo e sapore unico nel bicchiere). Cantina bella da visitare con cantine/grotte uniche.
 Family-run winery with organic wine production. Passion and professionalism create products of excellent quality. Noteworthy are the whites, the sparkling wines and the Cabernet Sauvignon (unique aroma and flavor in the glass). Nice winery to visit with unique cellars / caves.

β β β β β WeΒ΄ve been a group of 12 people coming to this winery for a tasting, accompanied by a delicious lunch. Nicoletta and her family are amazing hosts. Our arrival in Rome was delayed by 2 hours, but Nicoletta was really caring and even picked us up at the closest metro station to get us to here winery. The place is mesmerizing, the guided tour was interesting and the wine and food provided was amazing. All of us felt like being hosted by a friend and we want to thank Nicoletta for welcoming us on her property. All wines, especially the sparkling ones, are totally recommendable! Our groupΒ΄s favorite wine was the "la prima nicchia" and I am confident that we will come back to this winery to get more of her delicious wines.

β β β β β A family owned and run winery! Nicolleta told us everything about their winery and wines in perfect English! Do visit the cellar and learn about the ancient technique for Champagne! Her father treats every bottle of their Champagne with love and the result is rewarding! Walk in the vineyards that surround the winery and enjoy prosciutto or local cheese paired with the wine.
